Chapter 1118: Ch 1118: A Grand Fight of the Past

Elena had two very simple plans. Firstly she was going to collect many metals and minerals with various special effects. Then using her own Devouring and Assimilation ability, she was going to perfect those metals and create an even better version of them.

The next step of this first plan would then depend completely on Golden Elena. With her help, Elena was going to create as many swords as possible and store them in her inventory.

So next time, when Elena would use any move, like the convergence of swords, that needed multiple swords to work, she would be able to release an insane amount of power because of how high the grade and the quality of the swords made by golden Elena were.

With the success of this plan of hers, Elena would immediately gain an amazing and super trump card. Something that she could use without hurting herself or it having some kind of limited use and cooldowns.

So this was her first plan and after discussing it with Golden Elena, she just nodded her head and agreed. It looked like Elena was soon going to get a powerful move under her belt.

As for her next plan, it was use the expertise that Golden Elena had to improve the swords that she already had. Elena was not doing this to make herself stronger but in order to save those swords.

Most of the swords that Elena had, almost all of the had some kind of story and history behind them. That was why Elena did not want them to just rot in her inventory and being forgotten.

So she asked Golden Elena if it was possible for her to improve the power and quality of the swords while fundamentally not changing them at all. Elena also handed her one such sword to check it out.

After taking a good and long look at the sword that Elena had given her, Golden Elena nodded her head first and then shook it immediately afterwards.

Seeing this kind of gesture, one would have a hard time understanding what Golden Elena wanted to convey but as both of them were connected by heart and the soul, it was easy for Elena to understand even without the Golden Elena saying anything.

It turned out that what Elena had planned was possible but not immediately. Golden Elena would need to find suitable materials and also needed to do some research before she could strengthen the swords.

Elena was fine with that. There was no reason for Elena to hurry about this matter. Golden Elena could take as much time she needed.

While both of them were busy discussing this matter and were definitely enjoying themselves, Chisato and Nyxarae returned with excited looks on their faces.

Then immediately, they asked Elena if it was fine for them to stay in this city for a bit longer. All of them really wanted to use the items found here to train and grow stronger.

Even though Nyxarae was just a clone and the link between her and her main body was not there anymore, as long as she was alive, she would be able to return back to the universe and everything she had learnt, her main body would learn too. So that was why Nyxarae was also interested in these training devices.

Elena was fine with this request. She was not really in a hurry. With the Chaotic Void, time and space was in a mess. So if was very much possible for Elena to use her own law of time in order to make sure they would be able to stay in this special area for a long time.

When Elena told both of them this, they immediately thanked her. And at this perfect timing, the golem returned and was ready to act as a guide.

The very first place where it took the ladies was in front of a massive void beast skeleton. Even though this beast was dead, it was giving off such a frightening aura that Chisato and Nyxarae were having trouble withstanding it.

Chisato speculated that if she was facing off against this beast, she would have died in no time. It was way too strong compared to the shark whale that she had faced.

The golem proudly said that this chaos beast was something that his main body had defeated before creating this city. And if the ladies wanted, it even had a method to project this fight and let them observe it.

As soon as the ladies heard this offer, everyone including Elena immediately requested to see it. How could they miss the opportunity to see an amazing fight like this ?

It looked like the golem was already aware about what the response of the ladies was going to be, so with a proud look on its mechanical face, it activated some kind of gadget and brought the ladies in a dream realm where the fight between Annavilla and the massive Choas beast was about to begin.

The main body of Annavilla looked like a massive mecha robot. It’s whole body was filled with many many different kinds of weapons. It was extremely cool and there was no doubt about that.

As for the chaos beast, it looked like a mix between a fish, a bird and a lizard. It was bizzare looking but was capable of utilising all the good qualities of these three types of animals.

After seeing it, as Life concept specialists, both Elena and Nyxarae gave it very high praise. This chaos beast had wings that made it super fast, it’s teeth and claws were very powerful, giving it the strength to tear open the Chaos, and it’s body was covered with scales, which gave this beast an excellent defence and resistance to both physical attacks and magical attacks.

But that was not all, it even had special internal organs that boosted its perception, it’s shape was perfect for dexterity and this beast even could regenerate at a very fast pace.

So overall, this Beast could said to have the perfect build. All of its stats were sky high and it had almost zero weaknesses.

This beast had actually reached very close to the pinnacle of life. It was so incredibly powerful that it was hard to believe.

On the other hand, Annavilla looked to have a lot, almsot an uncountable number of weapons attached to the mecha, in order to deal with any and all kinds of trouble and situations.

So this battle was between one being who had almost no weaknesses and another being that was able to take advantage of any and all kinds of weakness no matter how minor it was.

The result of this battle was already known but still, all the ladies were curious about the process.
