Chapter 302: Bonked for Eternity
Now that they had released their trump card, they didn’t have time to hesitate anymore. Xiang Ba surrounded himself with a heart-shaped balloon with a single wave of his hand.
The Mountain Master, on the other hand, summoned all four elements around him. The air crackled with energy as the two most powerful cultivators on the continent were about to decide the winner.
Xiang Ba’s balloons pulsed with a pink glow as they flew toward the Mountain Master. The pink glow gradually formed a translucent barrier that protected the balloons from any attacks.
The Mountain Master clapped his hands. The lightning that sparked all over his body began to concentrate in a single spot before turning into a lightning strike that hit the barrier.
The barrier retaliated by emitting an even stronger wave of energy. Surprisingly, one of the balloons shrank as if the barrier had drained all of its energy. The air was filled with the crackling of energy and the glow of pink and lightning. It was clear that both cultivators were evenly matched, and the outcome of the battle was uncertain.
However, the Mountain Master had Albert help him.
Albert released the Element Harmony Bonk once again and struck the translucent barrier. The bonk force resonated with the barrier.
Even Xiang Ba could easily see the suppression from the bonk force. He had been so focused on the Mountain Master that he forgot Albert’s ability was too terrifying.
Xiang Ba gritted his teeth and increased his output of spiritual energy, determined not to be outdone. Unfortunately for him, in terms of the battle between Horny and Bonk, the bonk force would reign supreme. The bonk force finally cracked the barrier.
Seeing this chance, the Mountain Master sent forth his fire element. The fire suddenly erupted like a volcano, burning and evaporating the barrier.
As soon as he noticed a hole within the barrier, the Mountain Master released the wind element, turning the fire into a tornado with the hole as the center. Then he poured the water into the middle of the tornado, using the path that the tornado had created to attack Xiang Ba.
However, there were still a few balloons that hadn’t been used. Xiang Ba utilized the remaining balloons to form a new barrier to stop the water.
Little did he know, the water was just a cover to hide a more powerful ability. When the water hit, the barrier instantly cracked as though it were being crushed for no reason.
"Hmm? That’s... the bat?" Xiang Ba noticed the bat hiding in the water. It was no wonder the Mountain Master was using muddy water to attack him. He knew that he couldn’t rely on his balloons alone, so he started to think of other ways to counter the bat’s abilities. With his quick thinking, Xiang Ba was able to come up with a plan that would give him the upper hand in the battle. As he prepared to face the bat once again, Xiang Ba felt a surge of Spiritual Energy from the side.
"!!!" Xiang Ba opened his eyes wide, finding another bat heading toward him from the side. He gritted his teeth while raising his hand, trying to catch the bat.
The bat might not be strong enough to physically harm him, but whenever it touched him, it would surely blow him away. Additionally, he felt the bat sucking his power away.
However, he couldn’t do anything other than catch this bat with his hand.
’Kh. How many more bats can he produce?’ Xiang Ba was gritting his teeth. Even though he had been provoking Albert this whole time, he still didn’t know how many times Albert could release this powerful ability. It should be taxing enough to summon ten to twenty attacks of this level at his current level.
However, Albert surpassed his imagination. He had at least fired fifty attacks of this level. Even though he was using his own lifespan to fill a portion of its energy, there should be a limit. Yet whenever he saw Albert’s expression, he felt like this was nowhere near Albert’s limit.
In the end, the bonk bat hit him and blew him away. The Mountain Master had summoned his lightning strike.
He had to protect himself from this lightning strike, and so he quickly formed a heart-shaped shield. Despite the overwhelming power of the lightning strike, Xiang Ba managed to withstand it. But the lightning seemed to burn a part of his arm and the muscle inside of it. His arm went numb, and he began to have a hard time using his arm. He knew that he couldn’t keep this up forever.
He laughed again, trying to taunt Albert. "Haha. Is that all? In the end, he is the one who uses his attack to harm me. You can’t do anything to me, weak dog. You should just act like a dog and lick someone’s ass!"
In that instant, thunder reverberated on the battlefield as a huge dragon appeared in the sky. The dragon flew toward Xiang Ba and turned into a bat.
Xiang Ba smirked. He knew that this attack was far weaker than the Element Harmony Bonk, but he managed to anger Albert once again.
He could see faintly the combination of several elements behind the dragon bat. This was just a cover to hide the combination of the elements. As he expected, Albert utilized six elements at once and combined them. Due to his bonk ability, he could harmonize all elements into one.
This time, he chose to combine fire, water, light, dark, lightning, and metal. Fire and water, light and dark, were opposites of each other, but they surprisingly could dance together in a single attack. With the help of the lightning that boosted the penetrative force of this attack and the metal element that became the base of the shape of the attack, Albert managed to combine the six elements into one.
Of course, Albert wasn’t skilled enough to combine them since he hadn’t learned elements for that long. He just summoned all six elements separately and concentrated them in one spot. The system helped Albert combine them. The Element Harmony Bonk also helped him.
This might be Albert’s strongest attack. He waved his hand down, pushing this metal bat down.
"Die, you horny bastard! May you be bonked for eternity."
