We then moved to discuss the outline of the dungeon week's schedule, while the «Hardworker» Satoru» compiled them. Then, we sprang into action.

Each had their personal goals, but they also continued giving their best, always keeping my instructions and guild's objective into their heart.

After all, once we start reaching into advanced dungeons, we'd have a high chance to acquire rank-up tickets in our grind. However, tickets could only be used at max level. I had everyone not max level focus on it, and switch their dungeons for exploration. Meanwhile, I also had members, who were at max level, try out different dungeons and assist new members.

I then raised my voice to certain someone—a member who held a cornerstone position for the particular advanced-low dungeon grind.

"Kairi, got a moment?"

Kairi seemed startled and flustered by my sudden approach.

"Why so jumpy?"

"Well, can you blame me? We've barely interacted until now. You suddenly talking to me caught me off guard."

Kairi, her job being «Seeker», specializes in exploration.

Technically, she should've already made her name, starting with intermediate dungeons, where the exploration difficulty spikes, and became a valuable asset to us. However, on the contrary it turned out she barely breaks the ice in intermediate dungeons.

Plainly speaking, she was living in the shadows. A primary reason was—me. With my knowledge from the game, I had basically stolen what was supposed to be her role.

Well, even that aside, we're not in the same party, and that meant she should've been supporting the other party with her knowledge. Albeit, the results were contrary to that. I wouldn't say her presence didn't change anything at all, but it just wasn't substantial to say the least. And that had something to do with real life factors.

Starting with, «Eden»'s guild members were exceptionally stronger, beyond what was typical in the game. Our guild was the gathering of «Races» that were impossible to have in the game.

The game had restricted the recruitment of categories, in particularly of «Princess Jobs», until the players had hit intermediate-mid dungeon level. Obviously, that wasn't the case in reality, and furthermore, we'd a convoy of them.

We just ended up bruteforcing our way.

«Seeker»'s golden moment was during the time when players were struck in their exploration, or were progressing at snail-pace, possessing meagre firepower.

Then, the other reason was the limitation to grind we could do. In reality, there were too many eyes to engage in boss farming anywhere, so we'd to pick targets that others wouldn't venture much, if not hardly at all.

After us, our guild member would trace the footsteps, making certain dungeons their specific grinding location. As such, they'd memorised the path even without the guidance from «Seeker». One of the «Seeker» abilities was navigation, but to our members, the obscure dungeons were almost like our neighborhood. Needless to say, who would require navigation for their own neighborhood.

These were the major reasons Kairi saw so little action in the intermediate dungeons. I even felt a pang of regret, wondering if I had scouted her at the wrong time—though, to be fair, her training was progressing smoothly, so it wasn't a total write-off.

"Oh, don't worry about it. Everyone in «Eden» and «Arc-Arcadia» is great, and it's fun and comfortable here."

"That's a relief to hear."

Kairi, initially taken aback, seemed to relax and become more at ease as we talked. She even mentioned that despite being somewhat sidelined during the intermediate dungeon, she was happy she joined the guild because it was so enjoyable. That puts my mind at ease, at least for now.

"So, what exactly did you want to talk about?"

"Ah, just a bit about your dungeon week schedule, Kairi."

"My plan is to take on academy quests for about five days."

She explained. So, it appears five out of the nine days of dungeon week would be dedicated to academy quests. She was highly regarded by the academy, even receiving direct nomination requests, likely for the carry requests I knew about.

Academy had opened the door to «Martial Hall» free of charge, allowing transfer students—a.k.a New Grade Students—to grind till they're LV40.

Kairi's role was to support them, carrying them to the deepest parts of dungeons to help them earn the "Conqueror's Proof" needed to access the «Martial Hall». Thanks to her efforts, all the transfer students, even including «Eden» and «Arc Arcadia», had reached Level 40 and acquired their third-tier skill trees by the day before yesterday.

I had no issues with her taking those requests; accepting nomination requests directly boosted her evaluation with the academy, after all.

"As for the remaining four days, I'd like you to focus on leveling up as much as possible."

"That's fine, but why?"

Kairi tilted her head, as if she didn't quite see the necessity of leveling up, and her perception wasn't wrong. Kairi's «Seeker» job was exploration-focused, meaning it relies heavily on skills for discovery. With my training direction, where I'd explained to her the efficient way of using SP, it's fair to say she already has more than enough skills.

In short, there was very little reason for her to focus on levelling up. However, that wouldn't do. After all, I needed Kairi to play a crucial role in the advanced dungeons.

"That's because, of course, I want you to join the second party and beyond when we venture into the advanced dungeons. For that, I would have you gain an advanced job as well."

Once our vanguard party made into the advanced dungeons, I plan to have the second party follow suit shortly after. It would be a disaster if they were wiped out because I wasn't there to guide them. I'm counting on Kairi to take on a vital role, holding the fate of the party in her hands.
