Chapter 901: Chapter 901: The Potential Of The Anti-Lionheart
*BOOM!*
Kael’s ears twitched as multiple booms echoed through the space of the Dimensional System Portal.
The war had begun and it raged on on the other side.
The Lions took the defensive this time. They were even positioned at the vanguard and it was the vassals who were behind them.
This was intentional because of Katari’s forces that were already in Draconic Heaven before the portal had opened.
Like a god, Kael just stared at what was happening with a calm gaze and a thinned-lip expression. No smile, no frown, just a stoic expression.
This was it. Although it started small, this was the war that may define how the universe would look in the future.
Based on Kael’s calculations, this war was sure to rage on and affect more than just the Draconic and Leonine Heavens.
He was already prepared for his Alphaverse to be a little damaged. Some sacrifices had to be made.
But where are the others, the enemies ready? Were they as committed as Kael?
Not really.
Kael raised his hand and used it to push his blonde hair back, clearing the hair from his face.
His dark golden eyes were half open as he listened to the melody of war.
Those booms and bangs, without question, had originally been started by Katari.
He was not there but Kael somehow knew that Katari was currently tearing her way through thousands of arkships, probably chasing after a key figure.
It had just begun and it was already like this.
"Your Majesty, I’d like to go and accompany them," Diane said, squeezing her fists and keeping her legs together.
Her fangs poked themselves as her body swelled. Her muscles bulged and she seemed to be growing bigger every second.
"Mhmn..."
Kael nodded, right after Diane dashed forward.
She transformed into a streak of burning light, her skin and body glowing.
While all this was beginning, Kael paid attention to time. Time was passing quickly, and he had to pay attention to ensure it wasn’t wasted.
Kael, the All-King, had come to realize something that he had not thought of before.
His journey had been way shorter than he may have imagined.
It was still slightly long but it was actually shorter than he had calculated and this was because of how he had seen the power levels of this world.
It was confirmed that the Divine Tier was the final tier.
There was nothing above it.
However, the power difference between those in the Divine Tier was very apparent. According to Reincarnation, if not from the Highest Will and its restrictions, those in the Divine Tier would be much more and way more diverse.
’There are different types of Divine Tier, all decided based on the foundations built earlier...’ Kael talked to himself as he turned away from all that was happening and faced the Apex Pyramid.
Down below at the base of the Apex Pyramid, more than two hundred Primordials were present and standing ready for the All-King’s descent.
’Alas...
Once I reach Divine Tier, that is the end of the road for me. That would be the end of the road for everyone.
It’s not a matter of breaking any limits. The limits have already been broken, the Divine Tier is what exists beyond the limit.
There’s just nothing beyond.
But they are all different.
The Divine Tier is not like the Immortal Tier where there are four smaller tiers inside that one and anyone can scale with enough time and resources.
The Divine Tier was not like that. Once someone evolved to the Divine Tier, that was the end. They could not get stronger than that.
They could accumulate power, yes, but there was a limit to the storage and put.
One could take a good look at the Highest Will, he too reached Supreme Level Immortal Tier just like everyone else.
But when he evolved to the Divine Tier, he became a Steward God which was vastly different from the other gods.
Unlike the other gods, like Reincarnation, the Universe was firmly supporting his actions.
At least, for the Highest Will, there was actually a little bit of hope. There were two possibilities for him after he wiped everything out.
He could actually become better.
But unlike him, even if the others did the same thing and created their own little universes, not only would those universes be extremely unstable, but their powers would not change.
The Highest Will already has a fully functional universe with him, even though he wasn’t the master yet.
All he would need to do was follow the flow, a very strange case.
Either way, all that is not my concern for now.
If I want to evolve to the Divine Tier, it has to be the best. I cannot afford to be a semi-Divine or just a regular Divine.
Even Steward Divine is not enough despite its advantages and the possibility of progress.
The best position is the Divine Alpha, the Alpha God.
Even Stewards can be threatened, but an Alpha God cannot. That would be the epitome of greatness within a universe.
And I must achieve it in one try, if not, all this would have been for nothing.
If I can’t get it in one try, the Highest Will would not let me live. He can wipe out other gods, he would definitely be able to clean me up if he focused.
So brutal...
How delightful...’
At the slightest possibility of failure, Kael’s heart beat fast. His mind grew sharp and his gaze grew sharper.
Just the possibility that he could lose all that he was working for made his blood boil, making him have the desire to crush some things.
The All-King raised his hand and snapped his fingers.
Instantly, another Dimensional System Portal began to form in front of him. On his signal, those Primordials Below started coming up.
"All-King," Kael heard a familiar voice from behind.
He didn’t need to turn around to know that it was Alexander.
Alexander came to Kael’s side. He was wearing a well-ironed green robe and his white dreadlocks were hanging from his head like icy ropes.
He looked at Kael, noticing how the latter barely flinched at his presence.
Kael was immune to the effects of the Anti-Lionheart, so it wasn’t even registered in his mind right now that he may have died if not for the powers he had.
"Have you reasoned about what I told you?" Kael asked, keeping his eyes firmly on his Dimensional System Portal.
Alexander shook his head, "The best candidate to be your consort right now is one of the former assistants who used to help me out when she was in the Judah Clan.
Unfortunately, she left the Judah Clan after coming to this Leonine Heaven.
She’s the one you met at the Observation Pool back then.
Her name is Phoebe.
I have already spoken with her about it and she obviously agreed. She is willing to be your final consort.
You just have to say the word," Alexander said.
This was something that he was already used to doing. Matchmaking was something that happened a lot in lion society, especially amongst the Immortals.
"Send her to my throne room then, we’ll round up everything as soon as possible," Kael said.
Although there was a layer of lustful intent to his demands, that was just a small part of it. In truth, he wanted to complete his Consort Avatars and achieve the final layer of transformation for them.
Once all of them were gathered, only then would Kael be okay. Not only that, but they could also play significant roles later in the future when it was time for him to evolve again.
"She’s already there, All-King," Alexander said, smirking.
"Hmm, intentional," The All-King nodded his head in approval. It always felt so much better when he didn’t have to chase people for these kinds of things and they just came to him.
"Anyways, you shall follow me to Soul Heavenly Realm, or at least, my clone," As the All-King said this, a split occurred.
Another Kael appeared beside the All-King, the same expression and composure, just slightly weaker.
"I know, I wish I could be more helpful actually," Alexander said.
Kael glanced at him.
"You know, there is a way to change the overall nature of the Anti-Lionheart," The All-King said casually.
"Hmm?" Alexander looked at the All-King, confused.
"Your powers, they allow you to drain the energy from other lions but against other races, you guys are quite average.
It shouldn’t be so if you ask me. There is so much potential lying in that singular concept.
Imagine if you were not just the weakness of all lions, but all races in fact..."
The All-King didn’t need to complete his words before Alexander knew the implications of what Kael was talking about.
For this war, most of the Anti-Lions were staying back to act as a final line of defense, not because they couldn’t fight, but because they would just compromise their fellow lions.
But if what Kael was saying was possible, it would change the whole landscape of the battle.
"How?" Alexander managed to mutter after taking a deep breath.
The All-King began to move toward the Apex Pyramid while the clone moved to the Dimensional System Portal.
"Starting with the completion of my consorts and the completion of what we want to do in Soul Heaven, there shall be a series of features announced that will usher in the new age for many of you.
Death, power, a second chance. These concepts will not be foreign."
Alexander was left staring at the back of the All-King as he flew to the Apex Pyramid.
After one second, Alexander blinked his eyes before rushing after the clone and diving into the Dimensional System Portal that led to the Soul Heaven.
