Zhai Heng was quite pleased with how his uncle and brother supported him just now, so he said a few words. He snorted, "I would be happy if Yun Tao stopped coming to our house every now and then. I am tired of seeing his flattering face. He always comes looking for me, saying that he wants to learn from me but he always causes trouble for me. The last time at new year, he was the one who ruined the chicken but he blamed it on me! Bah! I did not even go to the kitchen but my grandfather believed him rather than me."
"It’s impossible for your cousin to stop visiting," remarked Zhou Ziming. There was no way the Zhai family could break ties with the Yun family. After all, their daughter was married into that family. He then thought of Han Ruochen and said to his nephew, "Learn something from the young lady. She has more trouble than you but she knows how to protect her interests rather than jumping around. You are older than her and still cannot deal with something so simple."
Zhai Heng rolled his eyes; he did not say anything. It was not that he did not want to refute but he was too happy to ruin his mood. He ignored his uncle and returned to his room. Once inside he stopped suppressing the smile on his lips and started to dance around, finally! Finally, he was able to get one up on Yun Tao. For more than twenty years, after substracting the years when Yun Tao was not born and was way too young, that man had been pulling all kinds of jokes on him. He would do everything in his power to cause trouble for him.
Zhai Heng had never been able to deal with him because that brat was way too obnoxiously sly. But this time around he was finally able to deal with Yun Tao. It was really good! No wonder Yun Tao liked to make him lower his head all the time; the taste of victory was actually this good!

Thinking about it, Han Ruochen patted her chest. It was a good thing that she recalled it or else she would have lost the chance to purchase that piece of land.
As she marched toward the village head’s house, she took a detour and went to look for the piece of land. When she arrived at the piece of land that her niece had purchased, she saw nothing but overgrown grass, uneven earth and an old shack that had turned half rotten from years of storms.

This piece of land was something that the sea scanning system must have stored and saved for her but her niece sensed something amiss because of the glitch in the system. So she forced Han Ziyan to bleed her again and again to make the sea scanning system work for her. Han Ruochen still remembered that compared to sea hunting, when her niece was dealing with this piece of land, Han Ziyan slashed her three times a day!
That too for a month!
This land did not belong to them but they still refused to give up and used her blood until she was dying.
Han Ruochen closed her eyes and clenched her fists. No, she needed to calm down; her niece was yet to be born and she was not locked up by the Yang family for the time being.
She opened her eyes and just as she expected, the sea scanning system responded to her much more easily than it did to her niece.
