Chapter 1203: Compensation
Everyone was silent after Chary’s proclamation. It wasn’t until Infernus gawked and turned towards Tony that everyone finally reacted.
"Master?! What do you mean you were satiated? That’s impossible!" Infernus shouted.
This caused a lot of people to murmur towards each other. After all, they all knew about Charys’ infamous insatiable hunger. She would eat through a literal mountain of food, and still not be full! They knew this to be true because it happened!
And now, Charys was now saying that she had found something that satiated her hunger.
"Hahahaha! I was exploring the Royal Continent before I got one of my hunger spells. I passed out and crashed into the Kings region!" Charys said, before going towards Tony and clasping his shoulders and laughing.
"Then, I found a peculiar place called the ’Rebornian Highway’. There, I was attracted by a unique scent that I’ve never smelled before.
Thankfully, they seemed to offer food. And so, I went there and I found a place called the McTony’s restaurant. Hahahaha! I remember the first time I tried to buy their food. I almost destroyed the whole Kings region!"
Michael turned to Tony, who was awkwardly scratching his head.
"It’s true, Michael. She came to one of our Truckstop branches and began to demand food from the restaurant.
And it just so happened that I was there, doing my monthly inspection. So, I went to talk to her and resolve her problems.
As it turned out, she wanted to order every single chicken we had on stock! Now, since we were very busy and a lot of customers were waiting on their orders, the employees there rejected her orders.
That’s when I came and promised her more chicken."
Michael couldn’t help but thank his lucky stars that Tony was a very competent restaurant owner.
After all, they didn’t know that they were dealing with a Draconian! And not just any Draconian, but a powerful royal who could destroy the entire Kings region without a single problem! Her threat wasn’t a lie at all!
"And so, I had to talk with all of our branches to deliver their excess food towards this lady over here," said Tony.
"Hahahaha! They were quite adorable. They thought that I would be satisfied with only a mountain of chicken. Hahahaha! I began to order more of their food for the next few days!" said Charys.
And Tony sighed after remembering such a hectic time. In order to fulfill the whims of Charys, he had to talk and organize with a lot of Reborn’s suppliers to give more ingredients. This took a lot of time and effort, making his nights sleepless.
It only ended once Charys had burped and exclaimed that her hunger was satiated. Then, she left the Kings region and flew off into the skies.
"That’s actually the reason why I was late to arrive at the Feast," said Tony.
True enough, Michael did remember Tony almost missing the first day of the Feast because of something. He didn’t know that that something was actually Draconian.
"You’re telling me that the McTony’s is part of the Reborn company?" asked Charys.
Michael nodded.
"And that restaurant. Was it here during the Feast?"
Michael didn’t have to answer that since the answer was obvious. Charys suddenly looked up at the ceiling and took a deep breath for what seemed like a full minute.
"AHH! I do smell it! DAMN IT! ARE YOU TELLING ME I COULD HAVE BEEN EATING MC’TONY’S CHICKEN THIS WHOLE TIME?!"
Charys’ shout sent reverberations throughout the entire room, making it quake.
It was at this point that everyone started to panic. Charys looked to be on the brink of exploding! This entire castle and Pocket Dimension could erupt into nothingness!
"Lady Charys, would you like to order more McTony’s chicken?" Michael asked.
Charys suddenly stopped screaming and turned to look at Michael. "You’re not kidding me, are you?"
Michael shook his head. Then, he took out a phone from his pocket and gave it to Charys. "In fact, if you have this phone, you can order McTony’s at any time you like. We’ll deliver the food straight to your door."
The vivacious Draconian stared at the phone in complete wonder. Then, with intense speed, she snatched the phone away from Michael and began fiddling with its keyboard.
It wasn’t until half a minute later did Michael finally hear a notification ring in his bell.

Michael’s eyes went wide as soon as he saw this. Charys actually ordered the max amount of food that was possible in the code!
He knew she was a hungry Draconian. But he didn’t think she was that hungry. He had a feeling that if the max amount was a million, she would have ordered it all the same.
"If you can really fulfill this order of mine, then I will be in your debt!" said Charys. "This phone is a treasure that I will never let go of! Make sure to reserve a hundred thousand chickens for me!"
Michael felt a little bit sorry for the Chefs back in Reborn, but it would definitely be worth it. Being in the good graces of a Draconian like Charys was priceless.
Seeing this, the other Upper Echelon leaders couldn’t help but shake their heads in amazement.
If this had happened yesterday, then the Reborn company could have rocketed to 1st place with ease. They would have blown past everyone just from Charys’ order alone.
"Hahahaha! What do you want as compensation? Tell me and I shall fulfill it!"
Michael smiled and said: "I want territory overseas. The bigger, the better. Better than the one you’re going to give the 1st place finisher of the Feast."
The Upper Echelon leaders all gasped out loud after Michael’s request. How bold!
Charys’ eyebrows raised. "Are you sure about that? Such a price is very deep. I’ll only be able to compensate you with the land. But not the Wyverns.
I could give you something smaller, but with the accompanying Wyvern pack."
Michael smiled. "No need. Give me the bigger land."
