Chapter 1955: ALL HEAVEN
-----
"W-What sort of pressure is this?!"
"Ahhh?!"
"Ugh! What the...?!"
"Oh heavens, what is that thing?!"
"Aaaaggh! My eyes!"
"Don’t look at it directly, brothers and sisters!"
The Archangels coughed up blood the instant they faced Maria’s immense cosmic pressure. Her power and authority had now surpassed them entirely.
Michael gazed down at them with stern eyes as he summoned his Lance, now forged from glowing starlight and pure white void.
"They’re all Lesser Archangels I used to train with Gabriel," Michael said. "It seems they’ve been promoted to proper Archangels. Although the other five haven’t shown up, they have definitely grown stronger since then."
As Michael spoke, a flood of information flowed into Maria’s mind. In seconds, she knew exactly who each one was.
Azrael, The Retribution of God, Celestial Authority: Generosity (also Charity and Patience).
Cassiel, The Speed of God, Celestial Authority: Temperance (also Respect and Justice).
Raguel, The Friend of God, Celestial Authority: Justice (also Fairness and Harmony).
Remiel, The Thunder of God, Celestial Authority: Compassion (also Kindness and Mercy).
Selaphiel, The Prayer of God, Celestial Authority: Truth (also Honor and Spirituality).
Jegudiel, The Determination of God, Celestial Authority: Determination (also Courage, Diligence, Hard Work).
Barachiel, The Lightning of God, Celestial Authority: Fortune (also Love and Duty).
Phanuel, The Face of God, Celestial Authority: Hope (also Formality, Truth and Judgement).
Ariel, The Lion of God, Celestial Authority: Confidence (also Family and Protection).
Anael, The Grace of God, Celestial Authority: Joy (also Love, Humility and Protection).
Sariel, The Command of God, Celestial Authority: Morality (also Protection, Chastity and Leadership).
Each Archangel’s name carried deep meaning and represented an aspect of God, embodying a fragment of their creator, the Heavenly Father.
It was the same with her Family and Allies, who had now become "Domains"—though their powers functioned far differently from those of the Archangels.
Much differently.
While Archangels could manifest fragments of the Heavenly Father’s true power into their bodies, attacks, and domains...
Her Cosmic Heralds.
The "Domains."
Could do so much more.
"I-In the name of God!"
"Of the Heavenly Father!"
"And the Holy... Holy Spirit...!"
"W-We sentence you...! T-To death!"
The Archangels stuttered as they tried to speak, their Auras surging outward. They spread their power into the Army, which immediately charged toward Maria.
Maria stared at them, smiling calmly.
"Eek!"
The Archangels—all much younger than the elder ones—were already cowering in fear.
The Army of Heaven continued to swell as it charged. Millions became tens of millions, then hundreds of millions, and finally billions. All manner of Celestial Beings rushed toward her, an enormous force capable of destroying entire worlds.
"So this is all the High Archangels can offer?" Maria wondered aloud. Her voice boomed like thunder, piercing every soul and forcing screams of agony from the entire army. They halted instantly before her. "How about I test some of my new abilities on all of you?"
Maria opened her mouth and whispered,
"Oblivion Choir."
Her Aura erupted, transforming into billions of void-formed angels that sang in perfect harmony with her.
In a single second, everything before her trembled at the embodiment of ending that her choir represented.
"AAAAAHHH!"
The angelic choir spread death and oblivion to all things.
In that moment, the eleven Archangels barely held their ground by combining their powers. However, over fifty percent of the army beside them vanished instantly, scattering into nothingness.
At the same time, the heavens surrounding Maria collapsed rapidly, transforming into the black void of space.
The entirety of Floor 91 began to tremble violently as the very fabric of space started to collapse within seconds.
Maria continued her chorus. Floors 92, 93, 94, 95, 96, 97, 98, and 99 all followed.
RUMBLE!
All of them began to collapse at once, forming a colossal black wormhole that stretched all the way to Floor 100. A titanic golden gate now stood between her and her goal.
"T-This can’t be!"
"Heaven... Heaven has...!"
"Heaven has been cleaved open!"
"Her voice was like a sword, piercing everything!"
They weren’t wrong. Maria had channeled the power of her {Myriad Firmaments Sword Soul Dream Heart Art} unique Martial Arts. The reality-collapsing sound waves of the Oblivion Choir had shaped themselves into a gigantic sword of pure sound, slicing through the nine heavens before her in a single second.
Going from floor to floor after everything she had endured before? Never again.
This time, Maria had decided to carve her own path.
However, she also noticed the white clouds already attempting to repair the reality she had shattered. These clouds were not ordinary—they were part of the Heavenly Father’s own Authority, most likely one of his Ascendant Cosmic Roots.
Through Michael and Camael’s information, she quickly confirmed it.
The Heavenly Father’s First Ascendant Cosmic Root: {All Heaven}!
The power to manifest an eternal heaven around him that would forever serve as both his home and his personal dimension. It regenerated endlessly and could produce infinite life.
All Heaven shook.
Suddenly, as the black void began to fill once more, it seemed the endless white clouds... were somehow alive.
"We have no time to waste. Let’s move!" Maria roared. "All of you—if you want to live, do not confront me. If you still choose to come after me, then be prepared for the consequences."
Maria turned to face the eleven Archangels and the rest of the Army of Heaven.
They stared at her in silence, unable to attack because of the overwhelming fear she had instilled in them.
"I suppose they don’t want to fight, but they refuse to admit it..." Michael sighed. "All eleven of you are too young and inexperienced. Stay behind. Do not throw away your lives for a Creator who is no longer sane. By now, you must have already begun doubting our father, right?"
"B-But that’s...!"
"We cannot..."
"Ugh...!!!"
"Damn it—Geock?! Aack!"
However, Maria noticed the white clouds beginning to wrap around the Archangels and the rest of the Celestial Army. Their eyes suddenly turned completely white.
And then...
They spoke in perfect unison, as if they had all become a single entity.
"Useless cowardly pawns. Their doubt and fear are unnecessary when protecting the Great Creator."
"What?!" Michael gasped. "You...! Who are you?!"
"Michael, the traitor. You were the first to doubt the Great Creator and question his decisions. A traitor. A betrayer. A worm. By the authority granted to me as All Heaven, I—my lord’s very creation and the living embodiment of the Dimension known as Heaven—shall slay you once and for all."
"H-Heaven?! So it’s really...! Heaven was a living organism this entire time!"
"Correct. Now, I shall do everything in my power to slay all of you. Compressing Reality. Destabilizing all Matter and Energies. Destroying Time and Space."
RUMBLE!
Speaking in a cold, robotic tone, the heaven around Maria and everyone else distorted violently. It began to explode, bleed, and melt away, decaying at an alarming rate.
Reality itself grew lethal, compressing around them and threatening to crush them all. Space and time attempted to completely overwrite their existences.
It was a far more terrifying power than they had ever imagined.
"Ugh!"
"Agh!"
"Damn it!"
Maria heard her family and allies struggling as space condensed around them. White clouds tried to drag them away, tearing them from Maria’s Cosmic Aura so they could be eliminated.
"What are you all doing? Unleash your power, my Domains!"
