"Xue’er, it’s your life. You can make your own decisions. Your mom and I won’t interfere too much. But that Jiang Rui seems like a good person, you can try spending some time with him."

"Dad, I understand." Jiang Xue nodded, not continuing the conversation, instead taking both of them out shopping.

After a whole morning of shopping, Jiang Xue bought two sets of clothes for the elderly couple, and at noon, she took them out for a meal.

After lunch, the three of them headed back. Seeing Jiang Xue return, Little Reunion was overjoyed and reached out to be held. Seeing her son wanting to be close to her made Jiang Xue very happy.

She picked up her son, then kissed his cheek and asked, "Baby, did you miss mommy?"

"Yes!" Little Reunion nodded, both cute and adorable, making Jiang Xue’s mood even more joyful, then she asked, "Tell mommy, where did you miss me?"

Hearing this, Little Reunion pointed to his chest and replied, "Here, I missed you here!"

After laughing, he planted kisses all over Jiang Xue’s face. The mother and son played kissing games for a while, and finally, Little Reunion felt tired and rolled into Jiang Xue’s embrace to sleep.

Soon, Little Reunion fell asleep, his little face full of a satisfied smile, which brought a smile to Jiang Xue’s face as well.

Looking at her son’s pure and innocent sleeping face, Jiang Xue leaned down to kiss his cheek, then his forehead, before finally closing her own eyes and falling asleep.

Upon waking, Jiang Xue turned her head to meet Little Reunion’s bright eyes. Those eyes, shining like dark jade, left Jiang Xue momentarily stunned.

After a while, Jiang Xue came back to her senses and smiled, saying to Little Reunion, "Son, you’re awake?"

Little Reunion blinked at Jiang Xue, then turned over and crawled onto her.

Watching her son climb onto her, Jiang Xue laughed and played with him for a while. After playing, Jiang Xue took him into the space.

Earlier, the Little Fox had helped Jiang Xue, and she still owed it a barbecue.

Once inside the space, Jiang Xue, the Little Fox, and the Big Tiger went hunting for wild game, while she and Little Reunion headed to the Cold Pond.
