Chapter 1133: Chapter 1133: Sold Out

Doesn’t he just want the Wilson Corporation?

When he discovers that after decades of painstaking patience, the company he gains turns into a hot potato... What will he do then?

"Never mind them, let them play their own games," Sophie Wilson finally stepped on him happily again, then got up, waved smilingly to Charles Seymour, "Going back to sleep, goodnight."

Charles Seymour stared dumbfounded as Sophie Wilson "heartlessly" left, then looked down, glanced at his determined brother, and helplessly rubbed his forehead with a bitter smile.

Sophie, having regained her memory, was so mischievous, just like before, never suffering any loss.

Well, they both took advantage of each other a bit, so it evens out.

Benjamin Walton’s situation naturally did not escape Emerie Wilson’s notice. Ever since her divorce, she had been closely watching Benjamin Walton’s status.

Upon hearing that Benjamin Walton had met trouble, she gleefully made a phone call: "Benjamin Walton, you’ve come to this day too!"

"Emerie Wilson?" Benjamin Walton squinted his eyes, gritting his teeth as he asked coldly, "Did you meddle with this?"

"I don’t have that kind of ability. But, don’t forget, Sophie does," Emerie Wilson flaunted, "The Wilson Corporation was meant to be inherited by my brother, but now that you’ve taken it, do you think Sophie will just let it go?"

"I’m telling you, your karma has come! Just wait for it!" Emerie Wilson said, then slammed the phone down heavily. She finally vented all the resentment she had bottled up over the past few days, and it felt incredibly satisfying.

Later that evening, Old Mrs. Wilson saw Emerie Wilson, whose appetite had clearly increased, and felt relieved: "Emerie, your appetite is good today."

"That’s right," Emerie Wilson beamed, "Benjamin Walton’s down on his luck, and I’m delighted!"

Regarding the company’s matters, Old Mrs. Wilson certainly understood, but he had always used his poor health as an excuse to avoid dealing with them.

"Mom, you wouldn’t know, but Benjamin Walton is almost about to pounce. When he heard my voice, he wished he could bite me to death!" Emerie Wilson recalled Benjamin Walton’s voice on the phone and couldn’t help but laugh heartily.

"You called Benjamin Walton?" Old Mrs. Wilson asked.

"Yes!" Emerie Wilson replied smugly, "He’s in trouble now, and if I don’t congratulate him properly, wouldn’t I be unfair to him?"

"Does he think he can bully the Wilson Clan just like that? Sure, I might not have much capability, but Sophie does!" As soon as Emerie Wilson finished speaking, Old Mrs. Wilson immediately inquired, "What did you say to Benjamin Walton?"

He had a bad feeling about this.

"I-I didn’t say anything," Emerie Wilson retreated a bit, aware that her father’s attitude toward her had changed, so she was a bit more restrained when facing Old Mrs. Wilson.

Old Mrs. Wilson would have had to be crazy to believe Emerie Wilson!

"Did you tell Benjamin Walton about Sophie?" Old Mrs. Wilson asked angrily.

"I-I..." Emerie Wilson stammered, and Old Mrs. Wilson understood everything.

"Emerie Wilson, are you mad or just stupid?" Old Mrs. Wilson slammed his chopsticks on the table, "You’ve sold out Sophie, hoping Benjamin Walton will guard against her?"

"I-I didn’t mean it that way!" Emerie Wilson tried to defend herself, feeling guilty, "I just wanted to vent a grudge."
