Chapter 275: Interstellar / 2.10 : Out of control

Kian spent the day fighting intions. He killed all the ones he met on the way to the cave, he decided to make his base. Kian entered the cave and threw two balls of light in the air.

They floated above him, illuminating his path. Kian was glad to see the cave was indeed abandoned. He chose this cave on purpose. It’s far from everything, and no alien comes that way.

He just wants to be able to sleep in peace, without having to wake up every hour, to kill an alien. As fun as it is. Kian entered a large space deep in the cave and looked at the natural pool.

He smiled. He can’t wait to swim in it. Despite the remoteness of his cave, there were cameras. It seems like they truly installed cameras everywhere. Kian put his backpack down and cleaned the ground.

He’ll be here four nights, so it has to be clean. Kian cleared it and dug a hole in the middle. When the hole was deep enough, he put a large tarp on the ground. He cut the middle, so it wouldn’t cover his newly dug hole.

Kian built a fire and lit it. He looked at his fire pit with a smile. He pulled out his sleeping bag from the backpack and laid it near it. Kian checked the hour and saw that it was time for the neran-ne to wake up.

He only grabbed a blaster from his backpack and left excitedly. As Kian walked toward the center of the forest, he whistled. Even if he gained countless points by killing so many intions, the neran-ne is worth twice.

He intends to take first place, no matter what. The galaxy watching him felt incredulous, seeing his attitude. Even if they saw how skillful he is, neran-nes are no joke.

Kian who had released his spiritual power, stopped when he felt something coming toward him. But it didn’t feel like an alien. Kian tilted his head when a man ran toward him in fear.

He was looking behind and if Kian hadn’t held him in place, he would’ve hit him. Kian checked Versem and saw that his name was Fuheng. Fuheng was startled, but he relaxed when he saw it was Kian.

He gripped his wrist and said:

"There’s three neran-ne coming this way. I lured them away from my friend."

Kian said closed his eyes a second and said:

"They’ll be here in 30 seconds. Meanwhile, take a deep breath and calm down."

Fuheng did as Kian said and calmed down. Kian asked:

"Do you have a blaster?"

Fuheng pulled it out, he didn’t have time to pull it out before, since he was running.

Kian said:

"Get ready. When you see them coming, directly shoot."

Fuheng nodded.

Kian and Fuheng looked at them flying low, toward them fast. Kian said:

"Shoot."

Fuheng felt so stressed that he kept missing the shot. Kian grabbed his wrist and took a few steps back when the three neran-nes landed. Kian looked at the one in front of the two others.

He was taller and his wings were massive. Between his eggs-shaped head, sunken eyes, and horns, Kian felt that it was the ugliest alien he had ever seen.

The leader smiled darkly and said to Fuheng:

"Thank you for leading me to another meal. Once I eat you both, I’ll get your little friend who ran away."

Fuheng swallowed. He looked at Kian and murmured:

"I’m sorry."

Kian smiled reassuringly and said:

"Shoot him again."

Fugeng took the shot again and hit his head. When he saw that despite heating him, the neran-ne did not react, he knew they would die. The neran-ne chuckled and ran toward him.

Kian pushed him and Fuheng fell to the ground before the alien could hit him with his massive wing. He looked at Kian and said:

"I’ll deal with you first."

A spiritual saber materialized in Kian’s hand. Just before his wing could hit him, he cut it. Kian smirked at his shocked face. The neran-ne attacked him with his head bowed.

He knew that his spiritual energy wouldn’t affect his horns. Kian jumped and stood behind him. The neran-ne saw that Fuheng was still on the floor and decided to deal with him. Before he could, Kian cut his head.

The two other aliens ran for him, but they quickly hit an invisible wall. Kian looked at them as they started to heave. They seemed to be suffocating. They fell to their knees, and Kian walked to Fuheng.

Fuheng like the entire galaxy, was in shock by Kian’s spiritual energy. He woke up when Kian gave him his hand. He took it and Kian grabbed his gun that fell. Kian held his wrist and pulled him to the neran-nes, who were still gasping for air.

Kian said:

"The only way to kill a neran-ne with a gun is to hit the microbe, on his left shoulder."

Kian took his spiritual energy back and shot them both in the microbe. They both immediately died.

Kian handed the gun to Fuheng.

"Always shoot them on the shoulder. If you don’t have a gun, cut their head. Otherwise, it doesn’t matter where you shoot, they won’t go down."

Fuheng said:

"Thank you so much for your help."

Kian smiled.

"You’re welcome."

When Kian looked in another direction, he asked:

"Is there any more coming?"

"No, it’s your friend."

A few seconds later, a woman ran to Fuheng and hugged him tightly. Fuheng said:

"I’m okay."

She pulled back and looked at the corpse on the ground, stunned.

Fuheng said:

"Kian killed them and he taught me how to do it."

The woman looked at Kian gratefully.

"Thank you so much for saving him."

Kian smiled.

"It’s no problem."

The woman looked at Fuheng and said:

"I found a place to spend the night in peace."

"Really?"

"Really, we won’t be bothered by aliens."

They both looked at Kian, expecting him to go with them. He smiled.

"You guys should go, I want to hunt more, and I’ve also found a place to spend the night."

They both nodded. After saying goodbye, Kian kept walking. On the way, he killed more neran-nes. Subsequently hunting two rabbit-like animals, he went back to his cave. He closed it and skinned the animals.

He only has food for two days, he wants to keep it for the two last days. He’ll be more tired, so hunting will be harder. It’s better to get food now and eat it for the next two days.

Kian cooked the two rabbits and put them in the box from the bag. He decided to watch a movie using Versen while eating. When he finished, he cleaned his living space and decided to swim in the pool.

He undressed and only kept his boxer on. There are cameras everywhere, he doesn’t want his butt to be known by the whole galaxy. He jumped in the water excitedly.

He swam down to see how deep it was. Kian came back to the surface when he saw that it would take him a long time, to see where it ends. He closed his eyes and floated on the surface.

He felt so comfortable. You wouldn’t think he is in the middle of a trial. Fifteen minutes he felt something breach his spiritual field.

He opened his eyes and watched someone beam in. Kian got out of the water and walked to him. He couldn’t recognize his face, but as soon as he smelled his pheromones, he knew it was Yuan.

Kian reached out and caressed his face. He touched his temple and felt a button. Just before Kian pulled his hand away, he felt Gege stiffen. It seems like he truly doesn’t want him to know his identity yet.

Holo masks look real, but if you touch the person’s right temple, you can feel the button to turn it on or off. Kian smiled.

"What are you doing here?"

Shaotian answered:

"I wanted to see you."

Kian raised an eyebrow.

"Aren’t you worried people might say I’m cheating?"

"I put the cameras on a loop."

Kian circled his neck despite being wet and asked with a seductive smile: 𝚏𝕣𝐞𝗲𝐰𝕖𝐛𝐧𝕠𝕧𝚎𝚕.𝐜𝚘𝗺

"Do you do that with every recruit?"

Shaotian felt his heartbeat quicken, seeing his smile. He pulled him closer and said:

"No. You’re the only one I can’t stop thinking about."

Kian smiled. He leaned in and kissed him. Shoatian kissed him back hungrily. It’s insane to him that he already missed Kian, but he did. He craves Kian so much that he did this.

Yesterday he just had to see him. He put the cameras on a loop and went to his quarters. He’s never been impulsive, but he couldn’t stay away. Even if he promised Yuang.

As soon as he saw and scented Kian, he wanted him. He never wanted something so much in his life, that he became angry. Shaotian always has everything under control, but Kian’s scent made him feel the opposite.

Shaotian knew if he went as himself, Kian would never accept him. Especially after the way he treated him yesterday. But now he somehow made things worse by hiding. How will Kian react when he finds out his identity?
