Chapter 306: Mission of Survival Part III
“WAAAAARGH!”
The scream was heard as the tall man flew forward at a fast speed with a large silver sword that had cold steam spreading out of it. And the man now had a wound on his head with blood covering all over his face.
Even so, his eyes did not have a scared look in them at all.
They were still full of a pure thirst for fighting monsters!

But right after his sword was swung on Sarquros’s skin, it broke apart instantly!
“God, damn! That’s the third one already.”
The reckless one yelled out as he bent his body to the side to dodge the attack from the black dragon’s tail, barely in time.
“What the hell is that skin made of though? Why is it so hard like this?”
POOF!
Again, that long tail came back to attack him so fast. He had to change his flying direction to evade it by just a few inches away. But it turned out to be a mistake. The tail attack was just a decoy, the real attack was,
“What, are you crazy?!!!”
Wisana shouted out, eyes bulging with extreme shock!
Right now, one of its massive legs with long sharp claws was lashing at him at full speed. Most importantly, the speed was multiple times faster than the tail attack!
It had been tricking him into focusing on the tail all along.
And it made him get used to the speed of that attack only!

This was the first time that Wisana’s speed did not give him any advantage, but the good thing was that his instinct was still working at full efficiency. When he could not escape, he decided to defend in a split second by turning every earth crystal he had into a large shield to protect himself from Sarquros’ attack in time.

That enormous shield was broken into pieces in one hit of the enemy’s attack.
“Damn it!” Wisana was knocked over, losing balance. He cursed. “That was all of the earth crystals in my armory, you know. And even though I had turned all their power into that shield, your attack could still get to me?”
He said with his hand held on his chest. The latest attack had shaken through his ribs, and he felt like they were probably cracked now!
GROOOWL!!!
Sarquros let out a loud resounding growl. Maybe it did to show off its mightiness, or maybe it was a growl of displeasure that even the attack that strong still could not kill the worst enemy that was standing in front of it here!
“This is not fun at all,” Wisana spoke to himself. “This is too tough. I don’t know if I’ll be able to take it down, even though I have Shin to gang up on it right now.”
He said and then gritted his teeth. He opened his inventory window and saw that he was running out of the magic rocks from different elements he had for turning them into magic and weapons. And the earth element crystals were all gone, so that meant his defensive skill was not available right now, too.
Meanwhile, water element crystals were running short as well. He had the air element ones that were still useful for evading skills. And those fire-element ones could totally be cut out of his choice right away because they were useless in attacking Sarquros. The stats potions were less and less, too. ...So, there was no way he could attack with strong, magic spells right now.
To fight to the death was totally not worth it at all as well.
So, there was no way he would win the fight.
GROOOWL!!
Just a moment after that, Sarquros launched itself at Wisana again like it did not want the man to figure out what to do any longer. It knew that the man here was not just a common player. If it got careless for a split second, it might get hit back any time.
“Damn it. Just give me a little bit more time to think, dragon!”
Grinding his teeth, Wisana flew up as high as he could. He realized, too, that the one who would definitely be losing in the battle on the ground was him, who was smaller!
So, if he was to win, he had to compete with the speed in the sky!
Sarquros accepted the challenge willingly. It managed to spread the wings out wide, before following him up in the air quickly!
“See, you can fly almost as fast as me, huh.”
Wisana clenched his jaws tightly, glancing back and seeing the enemy chasing closely behind. Then he clicked his tongue out of frustration.
It was totally impossible to fight this thing by himself.
But at least he would never be the fish in a barrel waiting for the other to shoot ever!!
After that, he reached his hands out in the empty air, with dazzling white light coming out of two index fingers clearly. Without stalling, Wisana started drawing the fingers in the air, making the glowing line tail after them and float there. He looked like he was using the magic light to draw a symbol of something.
That was one of the abilities of Wisana’s second class.
Mage of Symbol!
This class was about drawing magic characters of symbols to amplify skills, increase stats, or create magic according to the elements. And memorizing more than 500 symbols was not difficult for a player who had the Whisper ability like him. What was difficult about it was to draw these pictures out fast and accurately! That was the reason why this class was suitable for him, who was truly an artist who could draw!!

I call upon all 50 spirits of snow to be my spear blades and pierce through my wicked enemy that is in my way!!
Spirit Carnival
After casting the spell. The floating symbol he drew on the air in front of him started turning into a magic circle with an image of a woman and dozens of tiny magic characters in it. And now it was glowing vividly in front of him.
In the blink of an eye, many light beams just launched out of the magic circle.
“Go get it, girls!!”
Wisana shouted as he flew out to the side and let every light beam fly straight at Sarquros instantly. Even the black dragon was caught off guard by the skill. It spread the wings out widely, trying to break and get away from those beams. But it was flying at full speed before. So, there was no way for a huge dragon like it to evade all this immense number of sudden attacks in time.
“You totally fell for that, dragon. It’s not just you who can make a strategy, you know. I might be dumb, but not dumb at fighting one on one, remember that!”
After his words, every light beam turned into a beautiful snow spirit girl with a transparent body that looked like smoke, and they were spirits with sharp spears in their hands as well!

And without saying anything more, one of the winter spirits flew forward and stabbed Sarquros with the weapon in her hand, making it scream out of pain. Of course, a few damage points popped up like usual, but that was not the point of the attack!
“I got you!” He bawled out aloud. “Now our real battle can finally start, you dic..., wait, you’re a female, so, you silly!”
He shouted with a bright smile on his face. The wound from the attack on Sarquros started showing its effect when a huge amount of ice slowly grew out of there until it froze one of its arms still!
“Great! That is it!”
