"You are the brothers I trust the most. I’ve called you here today because there is something I need to tell you; I’ll be leaving Zhonghai for a few days starting tomorrow," Ye Luo began.
"Boss, where are you going?"
Hei Zi and the others looked at Ye Luo with puzzled faces.
"I’m going on a trip to Miaojiang. During the days I’m not here, Hei Zi, Hu Zi, and Xue Tu—the three of you—stay at Ling Corporation. Protect Ling Qingya’s safety in secret. Understood?" Ye Luo cast his gaze towards the three.
"Understood, boss," the three nodded.
Then Ye Luo turned his gaze to Lightning Monkey and Mad Bear, "This time I’m going to Miaojiang, Mad Bear will come with me. Lightning Monkey, you’ll secretly protect Meiyue Company. You absolutely can’t let anything happen to my aunt, Sister Yan, and the others."

Ye Luo raised his glass, and the six of them clinked glasses, all drinking down in one gulp before diving into the meal. They drank and ate hot pot, and the atmosphere turned out to be quite lively.

"What’s this?" Ye Luo opened the box, inside of which lay a necklace—it was the ’Lover’s Star’ he had once won at an auction held by Chen Corporation, outbidding Shen Yunfei.
Ling Qingya had later entrusted him with it as a token of their commitment.
Looking at the necklace, Ye Luo told Zhou Siqi, "Tell Qingya that I will put this necklace on her myself when I return. She won’t escape the palm of my hand."
