Chapter 1068: Chapter 1070: He Won’t Let Her Go Easily
Holding her finger tightly, Thomas Shannon’s smile was cold and bloodthirsty, "Cecilia, you know I’m capable of anything, don’t force me to kill him."
"You dare!"
Sophie Sullivan was trembling with anger, and in the next second, she pounced on Thomas Shannon, biting him.
Thomas Shannon sneered, allowing her to bite him, his eyes cold and devoid of warmth, carrying an anger in dark. Since it was already bad, he didn’t mind making it worse.
"You left a mark on me, and likewise, I will leave my mark on you. Sophie, you can’t escape."
Upon hearing this sentence, Sophie let go of him, raised her hand to wipe her lips, and snorted coldly, "You reminded me not to easily leave a mark on you."
Otherwise, she’d be the one at a disadvantage.
Lucifer returned with Angus, witnessing the confrontation between the two of them.
"Cecilia, what’s going on?"
Sophie raised her hand, smoothing her hair, her body leaning against the head of the bed. "It’s nothing."
Angus approached the bedside, smiling slightly, "Young Master Shannon, could you step aside? I need to examine Miss Cecilia Branford."
Thomas Shannon rose in silence and stepped back two steps.
Angus asked Sophie a few questions, and after hearing her answer, he found it incredible, yet nodded to himself, "Miss Cecilia, you’ve been stimulated, so past fragments flash in your brain. Now, is it still intermittent, incomplete in pieces?"
"Yes." Sophie nodded, but she already knew the crucial parts.
"This is a very good sign. I think you probably don’t need surgery anymore. This is a precursor to memory recovery, and I believe it won’t be long before you regain your memories. The medicine I’ve prescribed, just take it on time, and if there’s any discomfort, you can tell me."
After Angus left the bedroom, Lucifer excitingly embraced Sophie.
"Dear Cecilia, I’m so happy for you!"
Sophie smiled and patted Lucifer’s back, "Lucifer, I’m happy too."
Thomas Shannon stood aside, watching them coldly. Sophie glanced up at him and then let go of Lucifer.
Lucifer sensed her mood change and turned to glance at Thomas Shannon, a taunting smile playing on his scarlet thin lips, "Thomas Shannon, Cecilia has regained her memory, aren’t you happy for her?"
"Humph." Thomas Shannon snorted coldly, his cold eyes deep with hidden meaning.
After giving Sophie a deep look, he turned and left.
Charlie River, standing in the corridor, heard the noises coming from inside the bedroom and Lucifer’s excited voice.
Watching Thomas Shannon come out of the bedroom, Charlie River asked worriedly, "Young Master, are you okay?"
The little maniac regained her memory, which means she intends to return to her own country.
To reclaim everything that belonged to her, and along with that, be with her fiance.
The little maniac being with her fiance, what about his young master?
The young master likes her so much... How heartbroken must he be now?
Thomas Shannon turned a deaf ear and stepped into the guest room. Charlie River hesitated but followed him in.
"Charlie River, you have one day to find a tattoo artist."
He couldn’t wait any longer. Sophie was so eager to sever ties and return to Liam Donald.
Is it possible?
He wouldn’t let her go easily.
"Young Master, what do you need a tattoo artist for?"
Thomas Shannon shouted irritably, "Just find one when I tell you to, why so much nonsense?!"
