"Come" Yoriichi spoke this as if it were a magic, Amber who was madly angry at Usopp for his rude remarks about her, became calm and obedient as she flew to Yoriichi who just called her and sat on his shoulder

Due to the fact that Ussop himself is a big liar which is also the reason he knows when someone is lying or not, or at least finds some expression on a person’s face that lets him know a person is lying
But he couldn’t find anything at all on his face which is the reason he can think that what Yoriichi confirmed was indeed the truth
And if Elbaph really exists, like in storybooks then Usopp won’t be surprised at the fact that such medicine also exists since it’s nothing compared to the legend of Elbaph
"Dont worry about this, even though Amber might be a bird but she is really smarter compared to most animals~" Robin replied to Usopp as she told him not to worry about this much
But somehow she could understand how Usopp is feeling right now since even her first time she was really surprised at the fact that how smart Amber is.
Only once taught, she could perform simple tasks without any mistake and it also looks like she could understand human language which is really seems really hard but not impossible
And this task is really not complicated compared to tasks she has already done before, so Robin thinks this task will be easily done by Amber in no time
As she just needed to fly on top of that butler until Robin sent her the signal then all Amber needed to do was pull the cloth inside her mouth and all the powder would drop on the Butler
Which is really simple and Robin knows that Amber can perform this task without making simple mistakes especially knowing how obedient Amber is to yoriichi
Even though Amber seems to be loyal to Yoriichi still after Amber finally comes to know Robin as Yoriichi’s friend then Amber also comes to seem to follow Robin’s Orders swiftly
Which is the reason she knows Amber can do this without failure and no matter how much Usopp will plead, she won’t change this part since this is the safest option for them
Even though Robin can also use her devil fruit powers to do this task but this is a risk she won’t be willing to take since she wanna get caught
Considering the fact that Butler is in pirate and even has some members in his crew eaten devil fruit, meaning he knows about devil fruits
And if he caught her who is a devil fruit user then he would definitely be alerted considering the fact that on this sea, Devil fruits are nothing but a myth
Which is why he preferred that Amber carry out this part of the plan and she won’t be changing it, no matter what
Looking at the face of Robin which looks like she won’t be listening to his pleas already felt like his soul is leaving his body
