Chapter 2902: Nature’s Demise II
The Forest of Death skill immediately transformed every thing in the vicinity as a helpful thing for Levin Cloud. The dark shadowy trees did not attack his enemies but they released a certain type of pressure that affected them mentally. All of his enemies inside the domain started to feel their bodies convulse as they were trapped inside a domain that is not for the living.
"What is happening?! The Myrmekes Player stated as she started to feel that her body is becoming weak.
The health being sapped from all of Levin Cloud’s enemies is being used to make the trees in the Forest of Death flourish. With each passing second that they are inside of the domain, the Myrmekes are losing their life force. This is not just simple damage to the body but even their souls are being damaged as well.
Usually, Levin Cloud should not be able to summon a domain that could sap the soul of being away but this special form that he unlocked can bypass those rules. This is what his revival skill has evolved into when he became stronger. The Myrmekes Player and the five Royal Guard Myrmekes are weakened but they could still move their bodies.
The Myrmekes Player and the Royal Guard Myrmekes knew that they cannot escape because they have been caught in a domain. The only way to escape from a domain is either breaking it or countering it with another domain. The Myrmekes Player could no longer contain herself and also used the domain that she had.
"Myrmekes Frenzied Colony!" The Myrmekes Player shouted as a powerful aura expanded from her body as the center to create an invisible domain.
[The enemy has used the domain called Myrmekes Frenzied Colony.]
[All basic attacks from Myrmekes will have an increased 20% critical strike chance.]
[All basic attacks from the Myrmekes will have an increased 50% critical damage chance.]
[All basic attacks from Myrmekes will have a chance to inflict Enfeeble which lowers the target’s defenses.]
[All Myrmekes will have a 30% boost in all of their stats.]
The Myrmekes Player released her domain skill as well and it actually held up against Levin Cloud’s domain. The pressure that is being applied to her and the five other Royal Guard Myrmekes have lessened but the effects of havin their life and soul drawn out is still there. The Myrmekes Player wanted to check her body thoroughly but she cannot waste any more time.
"You are rooted in place because of your skill! You have not charged towards us or moved in a direction ever since you transformed! Your weakness is mobility!" The Myrmekes Player shouted as she led the five Royal Guard Myrmekes to charge with her in order to kill Levin Cloud.
"You are correct that I have not moved from my location because I am rooted but do not take that as a weakness. I merely did not want to move with that much effort as all of you will die here anyways." Levin Cloud stated as his hand is suddenly covered in a thick death energy miasma and slammed it down towards the Myrmekes Player and the four Royal Guard Myrmekes.
Levin Cloud’s hand looked like it was moving slowly which the Myrmekes Player underestimated. It looked slow because the aura of death it is coated on ruined the perception of anyone around them. The large arm slammed the Myrmekes Player while it blew away the four Royal Guard Myrmekes.
The Myrmekes Player got pinned down but her current form is still that of her fully buffed version. She used the red stinger spear to pierce through the hand that pinned her down and escape. The Myrmekes Player felt that the sensation earlier is no longer the same as the one that happened earlier. Levin Cloud’s body has become more powerful and sturdier to the point that she had to exert more effort in trying to poke a hole in it.
"Queen! I command you to send all remaining underlings to me!" The Myrmekes Player shouted as a voice from the depths of the colony replied with clicks.
As soon as the Myrmekes Player issued the command, numerous sounds of legs stomping the ground echoed. Numerous Myrmekes appeared from the colony and started to advance towards Levin Cloud. There were a lot of Soldier Myrmekes that came to attack Levin Cloud but he did not look scared at all.
"Go, my army! Destroy the arrogant dead tree!" The Myrmekes Player shouted as she wanted to repay the humiliation that she is experiencing because she is having a difficult time killing Levin Cloud.
"They would ridicule me when they know that I could not even kill a priest by myself!" The Myrmekes Player thought.
"I guess I have no choice but to use it." Levin Cloud thought as he knows that this will take a large toll on his mana.
"Death is in the Forest." Levin Cloud stated with such a calm tone that it became terrifying.

Effects:
-This skill can only be used if the Forest of Death skill is currently active in the area.
-Summon all of the beings that perished in the area and revived them as Shadow Vine Wraiths.
-All summoned units will have ranks and higher ranks mean higher time for them to be created.
-All summoned Shadow Vine Wraiths will have the same stats as when they were alive but they will take 50% more damage from all sources.
Cooldown: 24 hours
Duration: 30 minutes

As soon as Levin Cloud mentioned Death is in the Forest, the trees in the Forest of Death looked like they grew eyes and mouths to start laughing. The aura of death that they released also doubled as the branches of these shadow trees looked like shadow claws. The shadow claws then tore open the trunk of these shadow trees and a being made of their death energy came out of it.
The beings made of death energy that came out of the cracked trunks of the shadowy trees were none other than the Myrmekes that he trampled earlier. All of the dead has come back to life but they were obeying the words of a new master. The only difference is that these undead that Levin Cloud summoned are not living beings but spectres of the dead.
The Shadow Vine Wraith Myrmekes that Levin Cloud summoned had a gray carapace with the pale green energy of death emanating from their bodies. The most significant thing to know that a being is a Shadow Vine Wraith is the fact that their bodies have vines tied around them. These vines are pitch black and incredibly thorny. Any attempt at taking them off would mean tearing the flesh off their bodies or risk destruction if they are a spiritual lifeform.
"This brat can summon the undead too!" The Myrmekes Player thought as she could not charge towards Levin Cloud now as she got blocked by Elite Soldier Shadow Vine Wraith Myrmekes. The trash that she thought is now empowered and even blocking her way.
"I did not think that her domain would also empower these revived Myrmekes. Then again, her domain is basically an empower all type of Myrmekes regardless if they are an ally or enemy. Go! Wipe them all out." Levin Cloud stated as the Shadow Vine Wraith Myrmekes he summoned are empowered by his domain and the Myrmekes Player domain.
"Did you think that I cannot kill you because you are surrounded by your summoned undead! Think again!" The Myrmekes Player shouted as she threw her spear towards Levin Cloud in an attempt to skewer him.
The Myrmekes Player tried to apply the tactic she used earlier but Levin Cloud is not the type to get fooled again. Instead of tilting his body to evade the red stinger spear, Levin Cloud commanded the shadowy trees to create a net. This net wove itself from the shadowy trees and blocked the red stinger spear. The Myrmekes Player screamed in frustration as she retrieved her spear using her mind.
The Myrmekes Player was thinking of a way to counterattack when her body suddenly loosened up. The effects of her strengthened form have vanished as the skill has finally stopped. The Myrmekes Player suddenly felt her stupidity as she forgot that her strengthened form is not permanent. Her empowered form is basically one of her life saving skills that also doubles as a buff.
"It seems that you have weakened." Levin Cloud stated as a sinister smile came from the skeletal stag head.
"Protect your true queen!" The Myrmekes Player shouted as she suddenly turned tail and ran.
The Myrmekes Player believed that she would be able to escape as long as she enters the colony cave. The Myrmekes Queen might be unable to move freely on the outside but they are powerful inside the colony. Even if Levin Cloud pursues, the Myrmekes Player believes that the Myrmekes Queen which is a Lesser God Level being can protect her.
