Chapter 495: The Legendary Veiled Healer.
Trinidad teleported out of the Nightmare Forest to the faraway Fairy-Demon Rapids where the legendary Veiled Healer lived.
The Veiled Healer was a powerful and renowned Red tier predator who had a healing magic domain. Despite being a powerful Red tier predator, she was more renowned in the Dungeon of Souls due to her healing skills.
Her skills allowed her to make a lot of friends rather than enemies as the ability to save lives was something very useful in a predatory world like Oceania.
She never lived in a single location, traveling around the Great Sea most of the time but anytime that she settled in a region, she usually stayed there for a few decades before relocating again.
At this moment, the legendary Veiled Healer was residing in the Fairy-Demon Rapids, and having met her before, Trinidad brought Big Daddy here.
Once the Veiled Healer received her guests, she first expressed her concern about the health of the dying Thresher Whale before going to work on him.
Compared to Queen Heareth, the Veiled Healer’s healing skills were on a whole other dimension. They were much more skillful, refined, straight to the point, and were much more effective also.
Looking at this massive predator working on the Thresher Whale while the massive Big Daddy regained vitality at a visible rate, Sebastian was astonished.
The healing skills of this predator trumped everything that the most advanced healing institutions back on earth could ever come up with or even think of. In no time, just a few minutes, Big Daddy was back as new.
Though the massive Thresher Whale still needed some time to get back to his best, and the fact that the Veiled Healer felt a little more fragile and drained after the healing session, Sebastian was still extremely amazed.
What actually made him feel more amazed about this healer was his race, the legendary Veiled Healer was a freaking Starfish!
This Starfish evolved and mutated so much, grew so big, and developed so much that he now looked almost unidentical to normal starfish.
This was the perfect example of a beast growing above the limitations of his race, Sebastian was sincerely impressed and motivated by this success story.
After the healing session, both Trinidad and Big Daddy combined as they expressed their sincere gratitude for the services of this legendary healer.
They asked if she needed anything from them which she declined like usual. The Veiled Healer was a well-known and renowned healer, she rarely lacked anything, the only things she lacked were those extremely rare things.
When working, she only worked for bigshots and through this, she already accumulated a lot of unfulfilled favors that she never lacked anything.
For example, after the favor of today, if she ever needed anything from these 2 pinnacles Red tier predators, they would surely try their very possible best to meet her demands to continue being on her good side.
These were the perks of being a legendary healer.
Seeing the life of this Starfish, Sebastian fell in love immediately. He could see the image of Queen Heareth overlapping with this Starfish already.
Of course, Queen Heareth was not half as good as this Starfish when it came to healing but a Leviathon could dream.
Once he thought of it, Sebastian could not stop thinking about it.
Sebastian wanted Queen Heareth to come under the apprenticeship of this Starfish, the benefits to the Queen, the Sebastian Warriors Army, and the Firelight Shark sub-clan as a whole would be enormous.
Of course, there was the limitation of borders but with his senior here, this limitation was not really much of a limitation any more.
The only real problem was, how was he going to tell this legendary healer to accept a random Great White Shark as her apprentice?
Sebastian fell into a conundrum, while he was still contemplating how to make this right, he received a system notification.

Sebastian was shocked on hearing his senior’s voice, he turned to look only to see Trinidad still looking at the Starfish as they engaged in conversations harmoniously. Then, how was this happening?
"Stop asking too many questions, this is one of our bloodline skills. If you develop enough, you’ll get the opportunities to unlock more skills from the mind domain like this. This skill is just a convenient way for Leviathons to communicate".
"So, what is on your mind?"
"Umm..." Sebastian hesitated but he saw this as an opportunity, so he simply told his senior everything that went on in his mind and pleaded with him.
Trinidad only replied with a single word. "Ok".
Before Sebastian could react, Trinidad changed the topic of conversation with the legendary healer and proposed the plan before the Veiled Healer.
The Veiled Healer weighed her words carefully before replying. "I’ve had a few apprentices in my healing journey, and I can’t say that it’s all of them that have impressed me so far".
"For you, I’m willing to take her for a test and see her true capabilities. She has to impress me before I can consider her as a student candidate".
"That is enough for me, thank you". Trinidad expressed his sincere gratitude.
After that, the 3 Red tier predators engaged in a few more idle talks before they finally separated. Trinidad teleported Big Daddy back to his territory while he returned back to his territory with Sebastian.
On getting back, after Sebastian expressed his gratitude to him for his assistance, he finally explained everything that happened after he defeated Big Daddy to Sebastian.
Sebastian was surprised to know that there was such a magical tree called the Nature Tree. The more he knew about Oceania, the more he felt that there was just so much more to know that he didn’t have enough time to know them all.
To commemorate Trinidad’s victory, they had another large celebration. This time, the celebration was for one full day as after that, Trinidad slept to rest and recover from the effects of the 3 days and 3 nights of nonstop battle.
When Trinidad woke up, Sebastian finally reminded him of his promise.
It was time to go subdue some earth domain predators.
