Tiffany Lynch tugged at the corners of her mouth, her voice soft and delicate, "What does it matter if she’s targeted or not? Now she has George beside her, and so many people like her, while I... I have nothing."
As she spoke, tears fell once again.
Jimmy Simmons quickly pulled out a tissue and handed it over, "That’s because George River doesn’t know what he’s missing. To be so enchanted by such a flirtatious woman, he’s truly foolish!"
After he finished speaking, his face was filled with indignation as he looked at Tiffany’s pitiful, pretty little face, and spoke earnestly for once, "Tiffany, rest assured, once I’ve dealt with the Simmons Clan’s affairs, I will get revenge for you. You like acting, don’t you? When the time comes, let’s show George how wildly he’s erred."
To think that he would give up such a fine woman as Tiffany for a woman with no standing.
Jimmy Simmons had a look that could compete with George River. However, unlike George’s noble and aloof demeanor, Jimmy was more like a confident and arrogant young master, impulsive by nature, acting without considering the consequences.
This could be seen from his attitude towards Arnold Simmons in his youth. The Simmons Family had always doted on Jimmy, especially Old Sir Simmons, who would never blame him, no matter how grievous his mistakes were.
Perhaps that missing episode from his past could have smoothed his rough edges, but the loss of his memory meant everything had returned to the starting point.
He was still the youth who could sneer and beat someone to death without a care, and say without concern, "He had it coming."
If it were in the past, Tiffany would naturally prefer someone like George River—with a character cold to others but tender and gentle only towards her.

Blushing at the man’s intense gaze, Tiffany lowered her head, the image of demure shyness, "Jimmy..."
"Tiffany, you are too kind. Even when others bully you, you don’t fight back. But don’t worry, I will get revenge for you. Soon, once I have full control of Simmons..."
As for him, Arnold Simmons’ death was a good thing. After all, if Arnold had truly been alive, Jimmy wasn’t completely certain he could outcompete that man.
But now, hearing that Arnold had simply died so easily, that hatred in his heart could not subside.
He hated that he couldn’t personally take revenge for his parents, for his grandfather.
Arnold Simmons got off easy. If he had been the one to act, it would never have been such a simple end. He would have made sure to tear Arnold to pieces!
With these thoughts, the man’s gaze turned into icy spikes soaked in venom, chilling to the extreme.
Following this day, Jimmy Simmons officially began to take over the affairs of the Simmons Clan, only to find that things were far from as simple as he had imagined.
Though his actions were ruthless, he didn’t possess the innate business talent that Arnold Simmons had.
