Chapter 760: Chapter 760: Dangerous Remarks
"All you need to know is that, as a graceful young gentleman, you have to respect a woman’s decisions."
Matthew Quach fell silent before speaking once more, "Who says I don’t understand? I’m already grown up."
Hannah stopped glancing at him, immersing herself in her makeup, throwing him a word over her shoulder, "Then tell me, what is that you understand?"
Matthew Quach jumped down from the bed and planted himself at the side of the bed, exuding the manner of an adult all over again, "I heard everything you were discussing with two other men at the door earlier."
Hannah simply nodded as she replaced her earrings with a lighter, more exquisite pair. "And then?"
Matthew Quach spoke with a confident smile, "They like you - you’re all in a love triangle."
The faintly-colored earrings complemented her makeup nicely, swaying like droplets of morning dew, sparklingly clear, set against her schoolgirl complexion just like a spirit of the valley, light and captivating.
Hannah admired her reflection in the mirror with satisfaction. She was feeling better than she had the whole day.
After a moment, she turned around to face Matthew Quach’s particularly bright eyes. "Aren’t you just Mr. Know-It-All?"
She reached out to rustle his hair.
It didn’t feel quite right - a little too stiff.
Perhaps he’d applied some hair spray.
Sure, he’s young, but he cares about his appearance, too.
Matthew coughed awkwardly couple of times before veering off-topic, "I’m not a kid. Also, don’t randomly pat boys on the head. It could stunt their growth."
Hannah pulled back her hand, "Alright, I’ll remember that."
Matthew Quach pouted in surrender, "Forget it... touch me if you want."
Hannah replied, "Not today, it doesn’t feel right."
Matthew Quach was indignant, "Why are you so picky?"
Seeing as Hannah didn’t respond and was still busy putting on makeup, Matthew Quach moved a stool over to sit by her side, intent on circling back to their original conversation, "Do adults always play love like this?"
Hannah replied, "Love can be a seasoning, but it’s never the entire meal."
Matthew Quach didn’t understand and asked again, "Do a lot of people like you?"
Hannah paused her makeup and dabbled gently at her cheek, visibly pleased with herself, "People always tend to like beautiful things."
When she smiled her eyes danced with energy; she possessed a youthful purity overlaid with a seductive charm, frozen in the most beautiful moment.
By the time Matthew Quach lifted his eyes again, his tone had become serious, "If so many people like you, would you be with all of them?"
Hannah’s smile halted, and she glanced over at him, her lips curling once more, "Careful there, I haven’t been into ’fishing’ for quite awhile."
After all, there was a Mr.Simmons at home who loved ’fishing’. If he were to find out, he’d definitely drain the pond.
Matthew Quach nodded, not quite understanding.

The recording went from morning to night, with George Quach revising the agreed-upon script multiple times during this time.
Essentially, recording a variety show was no different from shooting a movie. Most of the things you took for coincidence were likely scripted beforehand.
Along with Jackie Qualls who just arrived today, the show now had two guest stars.
Aside from the children present, everyone knew that Jackie Qualls was here for a particular person.
However, the credentials he held as a famous actor were very useful on set. In addition to his personal reasons for being there, Jackie Qualls also needed to promote "Fairy".
The lead actress was conveniently there as well.
In order to coordinate with the promotion of the drama, George Quach was required to alter his script and accommodate.
