Chapter 714: Chapter 714: Growing More and More Fond

Hannah looked at him, her face casting a faint reflection of blue light, perfectly showcasing her skin as pale as snow, and her slender neck, so delicate it was just too much for a gentle grip.

She seemed to be able to see through people with just one glance, her stunning face revealing a soft charm. She softly called, "Louis."

How long had it been since he last heard this name?

It felt like a dream, only this time, it was explicit in his ears. Just like pebbles falling on water, the splash reflecting a sky full of stars.

He saw her radiant, autumn-kissed smile getting lost, a soft call in his ear almost seizing half his soul.

A pity dreams are brittle; however eternal they may seem, they ended quickly.

She looked at him fondly and asked, "Louis, when did you start poking your nose into others’ business?"

The boy smiled, long eyelashes fluttering gently, his eyes filled with a deep understanding yet appearing innocent, "Sister, how can anything concerning you be trivial?"

Looking at the bloody stains covering the ground, left behind by Vincent’s struggle, she shook her head, her voice light and casual, "I rarely dislike anyone, but you’re the second one."

Hearing that, it seemed like something in the boy’s expression faltered; but since he was used to Hannah’s demeanor, he quickly regained his childish smile, "But I’m growing fonder of you."

Hannah didn’t reply, she just looked at the boy beginning to lose his course, who was starting to expose his true character, her eyes filled with a mirth as shallow as the moonlight under the sea.

Mellow and serene, yet hidden with danger.

She stretched out her hand and pulled at his collar -- a simple move that was enough for him to willingly bend and lower his head, clearly contrasting his aloof behavior around others.

Hannah’s gaze moved from the corner of his mouth up to his eyes, she gently opened her lips, "Louis, don’t do things that will upset me, okay?"

She was like an angel, her beauty so extreme that she became a bewitching fairy.

The young boy’s gaze turned deep and showed a sickly stubbornness, which was contrary to his innocent smiles on his face, "Sister, I will behave myself. But that person, he’s a goner in this backward and isolated village."

He was like a splash of pure black on the pure white snow; soon, it tainted everything in sight.

People can lose control.

Vincent’s not as doomed as Louis Snyder predicted.

Although the villagers were bold, they weren’t so much as to have complete disregard for consequences.

With so many of the crew still in the village, they would not risk outright killing a person, at most they’d lock them up in a dark room and give them water to drink whenever they remembered.

At least, he was still alive.

When Jinlian was reporting the latest situation, Hannah was combing her long black hair in front of a mirror, over and over again.

Her black hair cascaded over her shoulders, and the sharp contrast of black and white emphasized her enchanting charm.

Jinlian blinked her eyes, shyly retracting her gaze, "Master, are you not worried?"

Hannah continued to focus on her reflection in the mirror, seemingly tired, "Worried about what?"

"Jimmy Simmons." Jinlian bit her tail, "If he dies, we will truly be unable to return."

Four male leads, one female lead, if any one of them had an accident during the plot, they would be stuck in this place, unable to return forever.

Hannah put down the comb in her hand, with her slender white fingers lightly tapping on a few lipsticks on the table in idleness, her voice scattered, "Isn’t he still alive?"

At least he is still alive now.
