Chapter 576: Chapter 576: Aren’t You Afraid?
As for Louis Snyder...
He indeed looked like a vulnerable youngster, but since the team was forced to disperse, he hadn’t crossed paths with him.
This made targeting the girls the most advantageous option for him, he needed to look out for himself, disregard the rest.
But who would’ve known that Lucy Taylor would act like a lunatic, attacking him as soon as she learned he had eliminated Sunny Lee.
Such bad luck!
Ray Lee cursed under his breath, then peeked out to observe the situation outside.
The dim lighting obscured his vision, rendering the area outside the door unseeable. However, he could faintly hear someone shouting for help.
The cries appeared to be coming from his direction.
— What the hell is Ray Lee? Targeting girls wasn’t enough, now he doesn’t even come out when hearing cries for help?
— Calm down, it’s just a game, everyone has to fend for themselves, it’s normal to be a bit selfish.
— This is really repulsive though, you can tell from when Ray Lee knocked down Sunny Lee earlier, he just doesn’t respect people.
— Poor Sunny, enduring her foot injury just for a few more screen times, only to be eliminated by Ray Lee in the end!
— Someone needs to deal with this guy! Strong Hannah Winter was breaking down doors before, hurry up and do something!
— Really hoping for an awesome revenge act from Hannah Winter for her sisters!
Ray Lee had no idea what the bullet-screen text was saying, he even forgot about the live streaming of the day.
Withdrawing his half-protruding body back inside, Ray Lee leaned against a wooden crate, gradually calming himself down.
"Hiding here by yourself, aren’t you scared?"
In the extremely oppressive environment, a pleasant ringing voice echoed, like the first raindrop landing in a parched forest.
Cool and refreshing, yet harboring a hint of chilliness.
"Who’s there?" Ray Lee’s hair stood on end, he gripped the weapon in his hand tighter, vigilantly scrutinizing his surroundings.
"Come out, stop playing games! Or else don’t blame me for not being courteous!"
He threatened, his voice weak and trembling.
He was afraid.
In the air, once again resounded a girl’s laughter.
Such a delightful sound like colliding icy jade.
"Hey, look up." She said gently.
Half of Ray Lee’s body stiffened in an instant, not daring to look up, there was only one thought in his mind.
Run!
"I know what you’re thinking, but, unfortunately, I’ve locked the door. What’ll you do now?"
The girl’s voice seemed to express troubles.
Ray Lee gradually regained his senses, her voice sounded familiar.
Finally, mustering his courage, he looked up, and his pupils instantly constricted, "It’s you!"
A pair of petite feet hung down from the top of the wooden crate, leading to slender, snow-white legs.
Her dark hair, red lips, eyes lit up with a smile, like a starscape, too mesmerizing to look away from.
Ray Lee was a bit mesmerized, adding some charm into his ordinary expression, he pushed his loose fringe away, "Oh, it’s Hannah, are you here to team up with me? I wouldn’t mind bringing along one more, even though it might be a little troublesome."
After finished, he leaned against the wooden crate.
Hannah looked at him for a while, unable to refrain from laughing softly, her eyes gleamed with a delicate charm, "I’m not here to team up with you."
Ray Lee remembered Sunny seemed quite close with Hannah, which made him become vigilant, "Then what are you here for?"
Her pretty face, beautiful and exquisite, and painted lips, were all perfect, but in such a peculiar environment it gave a sense of oppression.
