Chapter 565: Chapter 565: Continue to Tie Up

"After he spoke, another pillow was flung at him.

But he was prepared for it this time, and as he caught it solidly, he grinned at Hannah, showing off a set of shiny white teeth.

Hannah glanced at him and then chose to ignore him.

Hayes Edwards continued to pester Hannah.

Louis Snyder sat quietly on the side, watching them, his eyes gradually darkening. He didn’t hear anything that was being spoken around him.

"Hayes Edwards and Hannah Winter were previously trending on social media due to their on-screen love team. They must have reaped greater popularity from it and may continue doing so."

The boy murmured under his breath. Just as he was about to turn to his teammate to share the gossip, he caught sight of Louis Snyder.

The young man’s head was bowed, and underneath his choppy bangs were a pair of icy, black eyes. They carried such ill intent devoid of his usual aura of harmlessness that it made people feel apprehensive.

"Lou... Louis Snyder?"

The boy thought it must be a misunderstanding and he tentatively called out.

"What’s up?"

When he turned, the irate darkness in his eyes had gone, giving the impression that it was merely an illusion.

The boy shook his head, "Nothing."

Before stepping off the vehicle, Adam Landon had given everyone their identity tags, along with detailed information about the mental hospital.

Those who were assigned special roles received a blank piece of paper.

Upon receiving these items, everyone was engrossed in looking at their respective materials. Only Hannah glanced at everyone’s reactions before discreetly slipping the items into her pocket.

At the same time, Tiffany Lynch shot a look in Hannah’s direction, noticing that Hannah’s hands were empty. A cold smile crossed her lips.

The production team’s task was to take everyone to the mental hospital entrance. The recording was then entirely monitored from cameras that had been installed in advance.

The dilapidated iron door was covered in rust and atop it was a sign, written in conspicuously bloody letters—Hell Mental Hospital.

The surroundings were deserted, with overgrown weeds taller than a person. A chilling breeze blew intermittently, causing the iron door to creak. Whether it was psychological or not, it seemed like the temperature in the vicinity had dropped considerably.

Although he seemed a little worried, Ray Lee boldly walked to the front, trying to initiate a conversation with Tiffany Lynch beside him.

Tiffany Lynch responded with cold indifference, maintaining her princess-like demeanor.

Of course, she understood what Ray Lee was implying.

Purposely creating a love team is always a shortcut to making the headlines. Sometimes the fans from both sides heat up the discussion, unaware that this is exactly the scenario their idols would like to see.

As long as they manage to become popular, other matters are insignificant.

The group crossed the mossy green tiled floor, with a few dim yellow lights in the hall, casting enough light for them to see.

Hayes Edwards was looking around as they walked, clearly excited. He freely roved around Hannah, "Actually, there’s nothing to be afraid of. I wonder why people online exaggerate it to be so terrifying."

Hannah’s face remained expressionless. She glanced at the bustling Hayes Edwards, "If you’re not afraid, can you stay a bit farther from me? Don’t you realize that your body is hot?"

Hayes Edwards awkwardly touched his nose, "I was just worried that you were scared. And I’m not hot, it’s just my hormones, my manly musk."

Hannah stopped and laughed at him, "Well, your musk is quite strong."

Having said that, she continued walking.

Hayes Edwards froze for several seconds, then realizing he was left behind, hurriedly ran after her, "Hannah Winter, wait for me!"

Everyone turned a corner, heading deeper into the corridor.
