Chapter 480: Chapter 480: Solving a Matter
Lucy Taylor really couldn’t think of anyone other than Tiffany Lynch who had the nerve to bribe the producer into switching songs.
Hannah tossed the last bomb she had in her hand and stretched, "It’s her, but it’s not her."
The vague statement puzzled everyone even more.
What did she mean by ’it’s her, but it’s not her’?
Hannah didn’t plan to explain more, she picked up a mirror and started admiring her own face.
Loving it to the extreme.
Sunny Lee looked at her phone for a bit and suddenly spoke with some confusion, "The formation night is just three days away, we’re all busy preparing our individual performances. Why is the production team inviting us to dinner at a time like this?"
Having said that, she looked up at everyone else.
Lucy Taylor also took out her phone.
She too received a notice.
The content was exactly the same as on Sunny’s side.
It must have been sent out to the whole group by the production team.
Lucy Taylor immediately grasped the situation, her expression somewhat disgusted, "Most likely it’s that investor again, claiming to host a dinner, but really, he just has some dirty ideas in mind."
Hearing Lucy Taylor’s explanation, Sunny Lee immediately began to fret, "Can I not go?"
Although she’d been a trainee for many years, she always remained unknown. Although the agency was small, luckily the boss was nice and never forced them to attend dinner with rich men.
She previously had heard about the so-called rules in the entertainment industry but always held onto a glimmer of hope, thinking that no matter how rich those people are, they wouldn’t forcibly make her do things she didn’t want to.
But when the day came, she was panic-stricken.
She looked to the calmly composed Hannah for help, "Hannah, are you going?"
Hannah seemed completely unconcerned, put away her mirror, and gave a slight smile, "I’ll go, of course. Who knows, I might even run into a handsome, wealthy rich second-generation."
She made a joke out of it.
Lucy Taylor simply had to burst her bubble, "These wealthy men at the dinners are all balding with beer bellies and older than your father. If you can stomach that, I’ll take my hat off to you."
Sunny Lee was almost in tears.
Lucy Taylor had to add, "If you’re not willing, there are plenty who are. This kind of ’opportunity’ won’t even land on you, so why are you crying?"
Having said that, she turned to Hannah, "These dinners are mainly held with you in mind. Are you really planning on attending?"
Hannah’s recent surge in popularity was undeniable. She was fast becoming comparable to popular actresses - Rosa, coupled with her beautiful face, it wasn’t surprising that people were having ulterior motives.
After all, who doesn’t love a beautiful woman?
Hannah put her arm over Lucy Taylor’s shoulder and chuckled lightly, "If there’s a show to be watched, of course, I’ll go."
Lucy Taylor pushed her away, "I fear that the ’show’ will be about you."
Hannah said, "Not likely, going would be good though, I might just be able to settle a score."
Lucy Taylor couldn’t help asking, "What’s the matter?"
Hannah looked at her through the mirror, her face was full of smiles, and her rosy lips lightly opened, "To deal with a bit of repaying kindness with vengeance."
Lucy Taylor didn’t understand.
Sunny Lee and another girl were even more confused.
But they had gotten used to it.

George River was busy with his company’s new business recently, so even when Tiffany Lynch made a personal invitation, they could only meet in the restaurant at the base of the company building.
The environment wasn’t that great and there was a lot of foot traffic.
Tiffany Lynch had to brace herself fully to dare to come here.
When she arrived, George River was already waiting in a private room.
