Chapter 5792 Come Out, My Gold Crow Warriors

Long Chen’s figure flickered like a bolt of lightning, yet also like a phantom. Just like that, the Bi family Elder died before he could recover from the impact of the Demon Moon Cauldron. Though the Bi family Elder’s realm was high, his actual combat experience was clearly lacking. While he could suppress Luo Yanfeng and the others with his cultivation base, against Long Chen, it was clearly insufficient.

Thanks to Long Zhantian’s guidance, Long Chen had gained a deeper understanding of all his techniques and had upgraded them all.

Hovering in the air, Long Chen gripped the Elder’s lifeless head. The flame of his soul had extinguished—he was beyond dead.

“Damn brat! Die!”

The Bi family’s Elders shouted in fury, and dozens of them attacked Long Chen at once.

Meanwhile, Bi family disciples continued flooding in from all directions, their eyes burning with hatred. The slap Long Chen had delivered to Bi Yingxiong still stung, and now, he had dared to invade their domain and kill an Elder. None of them had any idea what gave the Luo family the courage to brazenly challenge their family today.

Luo Yanfeng and the others didn’t waste time with words. Their presence here meant they had long since embraced the possibility of death. Their only goal was to take down as many enemies as possible and carve out a future for the other Luo family’s disciples.

As for Long Chen, they no longer worried about him. Since they would all die today, dying first or later made no difference. They thought Long Chen was intentionally drawing over the Elders’ attention to buy time for them.

Without hesitation, Luo Yanfeng and the others quickly cut down the Bi family disciples. Their attacks were practically suicidal, causing fresh blood to soak the plaza.

“Violet Dragon Blood Armor!” Long Chen roared, summoning the Violet Dragon Battle Armor.

With the Demon Moon Cauldron guarding his flanks, he launched himself into the fray.

An Elder thrust his spear at him, but the Demon Moon Cauldron intercepted the attack. In the same instant, Long Chen’s sword cleaved the Elder in two.

Long Chen’s sudden movement opened his back up to another Elder, stunning the latter. He had never seen such movement art before.

He hesitated briefly before thrusting his sword at Long Chen’s back. Just as the blade was about to pierce Long Chen, a translucent object materialized.

That object was rectangular. When it fully appeared, the stunned Elder finally realized that it was a brick.

The Elder’s sword struck the brick, sparks flying upon impact, but it failed to even scratch Long Chen. Before he could react, Long Chen spun, and the Elder’s head flew from his shoulders.

By that moment, the brick was already gone as if it had never appeared. The only one to know its existence was already dead.

Long Chen wove through the group of Elders like a phantom, with the Demon Moon Cauldron swirling around him, preventing them from surrounding him. With each attack, another Elder fell.

In just a few breaths, Long Chen had slain nine violet-crown Divine Emperors, their blood illuminating the battlefield in a radiant violet glow. Yet, no matter how many fell, more surged forward to replace them.

“Get out of the way! I’ll break that cauldron apart!”

A thunderous roar rang out as an enormous Elder emerged from the Bi family ranks. Wielding a mighty warhammer the size of a massive table, he exuded pressure that shook even the void. In the entire violet blood race, only he could wield this warhammer.

With each step he took, his power surged. Seeing that none of the other Elders could halt the Demon Moon Cauldron, he took matters into his own hands. The oppressive aura he exuded forced the other Elders to clear a path for him. They were wary of being crushed by his overwhelming force by accident.

“Hmph.” Long Chen snorted and shot at that Elder.

“Die!” the Elder roared, swinging his warhammer at Long Chen.

Yet, the instant before impact, Long Chen’s body scattered like mist.

“An afterimage?!”

The Elder’s swing met empty air, sending a shockwave rippling outward. The miscalculation nearly made him cough up blood.

As he fought to steady himself, his pupils contracted in horror—Long Chen was already in front of him, a single finger pressed against his forehead.

“Idiot,” Long Chen spat.

A bolt of lightning shot out of his finger, killing the huge Elder. The warhammer plummeted, gouging a deep hole into the ground below.

Without pause, Long Chen darted toward the remaining Elders.

Like a phantom weaving through the air, Long Chen seemed to transform into a mighty assassin, coming and going as he pleased. With every attack, he slew one Elder.

The Bi family Elders roared in frustration, knowing that if they could surround him, they could neutralize his movement art. Yet, no matter how they tried, he slipped through their grasp like smoke.

Desperation and fury surged in their hearts. Then, one of them glanced at Luo Yanfeng and the others. A sinister gleam flashed in his eyes.

He suddenly lunged toward them.

Before he could reach them, a burst of Sword Qi obliterated him. But his actions sparked an idea in the minds of the other Elders.

If they couldn’t capture Long Chen, then they could use Luo Yanfeng and the others to threaten him.

Abandoning their futile pursuit, they turned and charged at the Luo family disciples instead.

“Little brat, let’s see how many of us you can stop. Aren’t you very arrogant? Let me see if you can save them all!” shouted one of them.

“If you have the guts, just try to save them!” “Did you bring them here just to die?” “Why not die alongside them?”

Their taunts rang out as they rushed toward their new prey. It was as if they were afraid Long Chen wouldn’t realize what they were doing.

Long Chen merely sneered. The next moment, a graceful figure materialized beside him—Huo Linger.

Forming hand seals, she shouted, “Come out, my Golden Crow warriors!”
