Chapter 80: NASM: Chapter 80
"Minato-san, Kushina-san, I got home and saw you were resting, so I didn’t disturb you. I went out to eat and brought you back two bowls of ramen. Eat them while they’re hot!" Hiroshi said, smiling as he saw Minato and Kushina sitting on the sofa in the living room.
Kushina smiled and nodded. "Sorry, Hiroshi. We were so tired this afternoon, we fell asleep early."
"It’s okay, Kushina-san. I used to live alone, so I’m used to it. Eat quickly; the ramen will get cold!" Hiroshi said, getting two sets of chopsticks and placing the ramen bowls on the table.
"We were just discussing what to have for lunch before you got home," Minato said, smiling, coming over to Hiroshi.
Hiroshi smiled and nodded. "You must be hungry. This ramen is from Ichiraku; it’s delicious! It won’t taste as good if we wait."
Minato and Kushina smiled, sat at the table, and began to eat.
"Minato-san, Kushina-san, you eat first. I’m going to rest. I have school this afternoon," Hiroshi said, smiling.
Minato and Kushina nodded, and Hiroshi went to his room and closed the door.
"I’m so tired. I want to lie in bed, but I don’t have much time to rest. This is tough," Hiroshi said, lying on his bed.
Ninja school has no real vacations; they only get Saturdays and Sundays. There’s no summer or winter break.
Gifted students usually graduate early and get jobs or go on missions.
I think Ninja school has nothing left to teach me, but I was a total underachiever before. Suddenly becoming so strong is hard for people to believe. The kids believe me, but the adults... not so much, Hiroshi thought, lying on his bed.
Currently, the strongest students at the Ninja Academy are Hiroshi and Itachi Uchiha.
Itachi is considered a genius by everyone. Hiroshi only recently became strong; his growth has been rapid, but everyone knows he was a bottom-tier student before.
