Chapter 43: NASM: Chapter 43
"Today was amazing, but my strength is only enough to deal with kids. Compared to the strong ones, I’m still weak. I need to work harder to improve," Uzumaki Hiroshi thought as he walked home.
He was currently a Genin, but he’d soon become a Chunin. His experience points were almost at the upgrade level; it would happen in a couple of days.
"I feel so strong! I’m about to become a Chunin. I’ll see if I can level up tonight," he said, arriving at Minato and Kushina’s house.
He planned to stay with them for the next few days.
Naruto would be born soon, and after that, he wouldn’t be able to spend time with Minato and Kushina. They would die at the hands of the Nine-Tailed Fox after Naruto’s birth.
"I feel so down. Maybe it’s because the Nine-Tailed Fox attack is coming. But I shouldn’t think about that now. I need to become a Chunin tonight," he thought, entering the house.
"Uncle Minato, Aunt Kushina, I’m home! Are you guys here?" he called out.
Minato emerged from the house. "Don’t shout so loud! We’re here. Kushina’s asleep; she’s tired today. What do you want to eat? I’ll make it for you."
"Oh, okay. Uncle Minato, I’m not that hungry. I ate a bit earlier with a friend," Uzumaki Hiroshi said.
Minato nodded. "Okay, then I won’t cook. I’m not that hungry either. I’ll go to bed; I’m tired too."
Uzumaki Hiroshi nodded, and Minato went to his room to rest.
Tomorrow’s the last day before school. What should I do? I need to show those who looked down on me what I can do at school, Hiroshi thought, sitting on his bed.
He lay down, staring at the ceiling, lost in thought.
Time flies. The Nine-Tailed Fox attack is coming soon! I really hope I can do something to save Minato and Kushina, he thought.
