Chapter 2883: Chapter 2413: You Should Have a Child Soon Too

After lunch, Joanna went to visit Aria.
Aria was now spending her days at home taking care of her child, and she hadn’t seen Joanna for a while. They were both happy to see each other again.
"Baby, aren’t you still busy filming variety shows? How come you’re back already?"
Aria had just managed to put her child to sleep for a bit, freeing up some time to chat with her girlfriend.
Although there were maids at home to help her care for the child,
she still liked to do most things herself.
Even though it wasn’t easy, she enjoyed it.
"I came back to take care of some things and took a day off. I realized I haven’t seen you and Stacy for a while, so I came to visit. Stacy has grown so much! It’s been less than a month since I last saw her, and she’s already grown so much."
"Yes," Aria’s eyes were filled with happiness and tenderness when she talked about her daughter. "Brandon even said she’s growing so fast that the clothes he bought her don’t fit anymore. People say that children are hard to take care of and troublesome, but I think Stacy is extremely well-behaved and easy to take care of."
"All she does is eat, sleep, and stay quiet all day. Aside from the day she was born, she hardly ever cries. Baby, seriously, you should have a child soon, too."
Joanna looked at Aria and laughed, "What, you’re joining the urging-marriage-ward team now? I remember someone use to say that children are the most troublesome creatures in the world, and if you ever got married, you wouldn’t want them any time soon."
"I’m not urging you," Aria thought for a bit and smiled. "I did feel that kids were troublesome before and didn’t really like them. But after having Stacy, my whole mindset has changed."
"Every day, I look at her and wonder how there could be such a cute baby in this world. With Stacy, I feel so happy and content that my life has no regrets. Once you have your own baby, your perspective will change too."
"And besides, didn’t you tell me you’re trying to conceive now? If you have a baby soon, they can play with Stacy."
Speaking of trying to conceive, Joanna touched her stomach, "Mhm, we are. But there hasn’t been any progress."
Aria glanced at her stomach as well, furrowing her eyebrows for a moment before asking hesitantly, "You two have been trying for a while now, right? And from what you’ve told me, the heartthrob is quite proactive in this matter. Is there something wrong if there’s still no progress?"
"We’ve both been checked by a doctor, and he said there’s nothing wrong with either of us," Joanna sighed softly. "Maybe the baby just doesn’t want to come into this world too soon. Anyway, I don’t really want a child right now, so let’s just let nature take its course."
"That’s true," Aria nodded. "Both you and the heartthrob are still young, so even if you have a baby a few years later, it won’t be too late. By the way, I saw the news today - is Omega Huntley really Annie Lawrence? What’s going on with this?"
Joanna explained everything about her suspicions about Annie’s identity and having Gary White and Jeremy secretly investigate her.
After hearing her, Aria was both shocked and scared, "She had plastic surgery to look like you and took the opportunity to get close to you as soon as she returned to the country; she definitely has malicious intentions. Thankfully, nothing happened to you. But I’m worried that by exposing her like this, she’ll hold an even bigger grudge against you and might do something even more outrageous."
