Chapter 703: *Activation of the training towers*

It was Axel’s turn to burst out laughing, and he immediately put his arm around Kevin’s shoulders to cheer him up.

He said to their dads, "Actually, Kevin’s system gave us 6 towers: 3 like those on Maya’s territory and 3 more powerful ones that should suit the Warrior Spirits and even the both of you."

Kevin added, accepting his defeat against Elias and after having made a little Cantium appear in his hand, "And that is not all; it also provided us with 10 kg of Cantium, which is the ore used to build them."

Miguel was speechless, and he glanced at his husband, who also seemed surprised that his predictions were so accurate.

Whether it was this Cantium or these training towers, these kinds of rewards were truly priceless.

Apart from Maya’s world, Elias and Miguel had never encountered them before. So if they wanted to create more of these training towers in the future, they would have to negotiate with the Black Elves to obtain this precious ore.

Miguel then asked them, "Regarding the training towers, how do you make them appear?"

Kevin told him, "I’m not sure yet, but I think we should first agree on the location of these training towers."

He then looked at Axel, who had followed the train of his thoughts, and immediately connected to the core of this world that he had become the owner of.

A new large map of their world appeared in his hand, which he spread on a table that Elias conjured up. This map indicated the major human and demon cities, as well as the blue, purple, and red dungeons.

Axel then summoned 3 mini purple towers and 3 red ones, and he said to them, "Once we have chosen their location, we just have to position these towers on the map, and since I am connected to both the core of this world and Kevin’s system, these towers should appear in the places we have chosen."

Axel warned them, though, "But Kevin’s system informed us that we would need the consent of the owner of the world in which we want to implant these training towers, and that additional resources would be required to activate them."

Kevin added, "The system didn’t provide any further information, but I suppose that these training towers won’t require more resources than our dungeons to be activated."

Elias and Miguel agreed; whatever the system wanted to activate these training towers, they didn’t lack resources, so it wasn’t a problem for them.

The four of them leaned over the map to find the best possible location that would not favor one territory over another.

Even though humans and demons now lived in perfect harmony, the war had left many scars on both sides, so they absolutely had to maintain the image of a world that was now united and fair for all.

Once they had chosen the location, they asked Kelan and Derek to join them, as they still wanted their opinion on this important question.

They decided to place all six of them not far from the old border of their two territories, with two purple towers and one red tower on the demon side, and two red towers and one purple tower on the human side.

The six towers were relatively close to each other, and of course, no matter where they were located, everyone would have access to them.

Kelan was thrilled with this news and the chosen location, as he wanted to make the old border a privileged meeting place for their different races.

Thanks to these training towers, which would attract many people, this former battlefield could potentially become a thriving new city.

Derek was also delighted that they had decided to share these training towers with them, and once again, Kevin and Axel had proven that they cared about the well-being of all the inhabitants of their world.

Once they all agreed, Kelan went to join his father to announce the good news, and Derek returned to the Royal Palace of the Demons and did the same by informing Ian, Liam, Connor, and the others who were wondering why Miguel had asked him to join them.

When they were only the four of them, Axel told them that once he integrated these training towers into the map, they would appear for real in the chosen locations, and those who were in that area would be teleported a little further away.

Then the core of their world would guide them back to the room used to create the dungeons, where they would need to provide the necessary resources to get them activated.

Everyone then nodded, and everything happened exactly as Axel had warned them.

Five minutes later, they found themselves in that small secret room that had doubled in size, and in addition to the pentagram where a huge crystal of unknown origin was powered by Divine-grade magic crystals of large size—there to create new dungeons every day—a new magic circle had appeared, and it was a completely different one.

Inside this magic circle, instead of a pentagram like the one used for the dungeon, there was a design that resembled a pyramid, likely representing the towers.

Finally, Kevin received the list of resources they needed to activate these towers.

[To activate these training towers, you will need to place 10 kg of Cantium in the center of the magic circle, along with one large energy crystal filled with the nature energy. Additionally, at the three extremities of the magic circle, you will need to place powerful magic crystals.]

Miguel then conjured the resources they needed and gave them to Kevin, who placed the large Divine grade magic crystals where the system instructed him to.

Miguel kept the empty large energy crystal with him, which he was filling with the nature energy.

Fortunately, thanks to the cradle of magic, he had access to all possible and imaginable forms of magic, so he didn’t need to rely on Sora to fill the large energy crystal with the nature energy. Plus, as he had already observed this nature energy, it was easy for him to reproduce it.

Ten minutes later, when he finished filling the crystal, he handed it over to Axel, who placed it right next to the Cantium. Finally, the core of their world appeared, and a dazzling light blinded them all for a few seconds.
