Chapter 674: *I trust you, Dad*

Kevin sighed then and said to her, "Okay, you can join us for this battle, but you have to obey immediately if any of us tell you to leave, got it?"

Willow nodded happily, and she made her wings appear immediately. The Golden runic symbols on them started to shine, and Kevin looked at her a little helplessly; he couldn’t help but think that indeed, their little princess was ready for battle.

She then looked at Elias as if she couldn’t wait to dash outside his force field, and Elias smiled at her before giving his orders, "Caleb, Isaac, Miguel, and I will stay here; everyone else is free to go, but don’t kill the evil beings until Kevin has tried to copy their spells."

Elias then added to Mykael and Colin using the communication stones, "Make sure that none of them get hurt, but let them fight. They all need to increase their basic stats, and battling is still the most effective way for that."

Mykael and Colin nodded slightly, and Elias then went to Kevin. He said to him using the communication stone while putting a hand on his shoulder, "Son, Mykael and Colin will take care of protecting Willow. You have to continue to increase your stats, so go fight. I will intervene at any time if someone needed help; trust me, alright?"

Kevin suddenly hugged him, which surprised him, and then Kevin said to him sincerely, "I trust you, Dad." After that, Kevin dashed towards the army of Skeletons, and Willow followed him with Axel right behind her.

Willow made her two daggers, which Mykael had given her, appear. They were made of the high-grade ore found in his friend’s world that was hidden deep underwater and they were dark blue with turquoise groove on them.

Willow didn’t waste any time, and she sent some Divine energy into the blades. After all, her Daddy’s System had said that these daggers would become even more powerful if some spiritual or Divine energy was sent to their blades.

Axel smiled seeing that and told her, "Remember, sweetie, only strike the green flames. Don’t waste time fighting them; we will surely have a few waves of these Skeletons to kill before the battle ends."

Willow then nodded without looking at him since she was about to kill her first Skeletons, which were normal ones. These Skeletons were really easy to kill, as they were only level 40. The ones with bows were level 60, and the bigger Skeletons with armor were level 90.

Kevin was heading straight for the Tiger Skeletons, which were level 150, and the three Dragon Skeletons, which were all level 200.

As for Axel, he was following Willow, letting her fight and giving her advice from time to time. Colin and Mykael were clearing the sides so that Willow wouldn’t be overwhelmed by all those Skeletons, and finally, all the others were staying under the protection of Elias’s force field, since this army, even though the number of Skeletons was impressive, wasn’t very powerful.

Willow was happy to be able to fight, and it was fun to strike at those green flames. Each time she hit a green flame, the Skeletons stopped moving, and just after that, all their bones fell to the ground, then after a few more seconds, they all turned to dust.

Her daggers were really powerful and easy to wield, so she killed a lot of normal Skeletons very quickly. But as soon as too many Skeletons were coming at her, she didn’t take any risk and used directly her Sacred Fire energy to kill them all at once.

Axel was very proud of her, and Kevin was killing his prey as quickly as Willow. Twenty minutes later, the first wave of Skeletons was annihilated, and so they all teleported back under the protection of Elias’s force field.

Willow had really enjoyed killing these Skeletons, and she was looking in the direction of the Necromancer, hoping that he would summon more creatures soon.

But the evil beings that were talking to each other didn’t seem to agree, and they were arguing. Elias, who was losing his patience, then said, "How boring... Lena, use your light again to remind them why they are here in the first place, but do not use it to heal the ground; use it against them... Can you do that?"

Lena nodded and asked Elias, "If this light touches them, they would be dead, so do you want me to only send a warning message to them?"

Elias nodded and said, "Unfortunately, we still need them, so we can’t kill them right away, but try to scare them a little bit. And Kevin, be ready to copy a few spells at once."

Kevin then made the items he bought thanks to his System appear, which he only used when he wanted to increase his Soul force points, as well as those that Miguel and Colin had given him. Using only his Stage 2, he could now use 100,000 Soul force points, so even if two level 10 spells were launched, he could copy them.

Axel also made a legendary-grade healing potion appear, saying to Kevin, "Copy Lena’s white light as well, since you wanted to use this trip to do it anyway."

Kevin nodded and said to Lena, "I’m ready; let’s start!" Lena smiled at him and then lifted her hands, pointing them in the direction of these three evil beings.

A first beam of light was shot, followed by three others. Since it was only a warning message for those creatures, Lena missed them on purpose, but her beams of light were very powerful, and one of the evil beings had to move closer to the other ones as one of her beams of light was about to touch him.

Meanwhile, Kevin had activated his observation skill, and the first message of a long list, he hoped so, was displayed after he focused on Lena’s white light.
