Chapter 618: *As if you would have waited quietly for us to invite you in*
Dilan nodded, and he hugged Phil. He was right; they would know soon enough why Alan wanted to talk to them. And since there were still a few minutes before his sons joined them, Dilan kissed Phil tenderly at first, but Phil then held his waist tighter, and his tender kiss became a passionate one as soon as Phil pressed his body against his.
Phil, happy with this response, pulled his chin to open his mouth, and his tongue immediately found Dilan’s and started to turn wildly around it.
Time flew by, and Dilan was now sitting on the edge of the table, one of his legs wrapped around Phil’s body while Phil was rubbing a certain part of his body that was starting to ache against him.
And just when things were starting to get interesting, Phil teleported them into Dilan’s room as soon as he felt Nolan and Ashton’s presence in the hall of the manor.
Fortunately for them, Nolan had teleported them into the hall and not directly into the living room; otherwise, he knew that Dilan would have felt really awkward and embarrassed.
Dilan was surprised that Phil had teleported them back into their room, but then he felt Nolan’s presence too, and he heaved a sigh of relief because if Nolan had seen them in the position they were in just now, his son would have used that to tease them endlessly.
So he thanked Phil and told him, "I think we will have to postpone what we were going to do until tonight, unfortunately... And don’t get me wrong, I’m not ashamed of my sons surprising us while we are busy fooling around; it’s just that Nolan or Alan would use this to tease us to no end, so you did the right thing by teleporting us here."
Phil nodded, even though he had no intention of waiting until tonight to make love to Dilan again, and he really thought that Dilan would have felt embarrassed if Nolan had caught them ’fooling around,’ but apparently he was worried for nothing.
The more he spent time with Dilan, the more he thought that his sons and he were really alike... They didn’t care to show their affection to the rest of the world, and they even enjoyed it.
Dilan then said to him as he opened the door to their room to join Nolan and Ashton, which snapped him out of his thoughts, "Besides, it’s much easier to get around since Elias gave you access to the prison dimension. We don’t even need to use Teleportation Talismans now that you can teleport me with you."
Phil then told him, while following him, "Indeed, and it’s not just practical; it also means we can all retreat to somewhere safe when we are fighting... It’s a priceless gift that they have offered to all of us."
Dilan agreed with him; the fact that Elias and Miguel had granted everyone who had fought alongside them access to their prison dimension had already saved countless lives during the last battle, and it would continue to do so in future battles.
It was an undeniable advantage, and Dilan had to admit that he felt relieved that all the members of his family could benefit from it.
When they arrived in the living room, Nolan and Ashton were talking, and Nolan sighed as he said to his father, teasing him, "Honestly, you didn’t have to run away to your room; we could have waited until you told us to come in."
Dilan then smiled at his son and said to him in an ironic tone, "As if you would have waited quietly for us to invite you in... So, do you know why your brother wants to see us?"
Nolan’s expression suddenly became concerned, and he shook his head negatively before saying to his father, "I don’t know any more than you do... Yesterday, after Axel and Kevin had saved our lives by bringing in Lena to destroy those microscopic black particles that were slowly killing us, they went to see Alan and Erik because they weren’t answering Ashton’s calls. Ten minutes later, Axel called me back and told me that they were both fine and that they had given them what they needed to make a full recovery as quickly as possible... I didn’t hear from them until this morning when Alan contacted me, telling me that he wanted to have a family meeting with all of us..."
Dilan then told them, "Last night, Alan contacted me and said that Erik wasn’t feeling very well and so they couldn’t come to see me... To tell you the truth, I thought he was bullshitting me, like you, and just wanted to be alone with Erik last night, which made perfect sense after the battle you had been in that morning."
Ashton had blushed when Dilan had said that he hadn’t believed for a moment that Erik had been ill last night, and Nolan put an arm around his shoulders and whispered in his ear, "See, I told you it was better to say we were busy taking care of each other rather than trying to find an excuse..."
He then said to his father, thinking back on his words, "Anyways, Alan has been bullshitting you; Erik can’t be ill; he is a Warrior Spirit after all, right?"
Dilan then said, "That’s what I thought too, but Axel contacted me late this afternoon to tell me that Erik was ill and that Alan would probably be staying to look after him, so there was no need for me to worry... And I received Axel’s call way before Alan’s call..."
As Nolan’s eyes widened because Axel would never lie, especially not to their father on something as serious as that, he asked him hurriedly, "So, Erik’s really ill? Is it serious?"
Dilan then shrugged helplessly and said, "I don’t know, son, but Axel told me not to worry and that they were both fine. And as Phil told me earlier, if it was really that bad, we would already know for sure, so let’s wait and see."
