Chapter 605: *Did you find one that could suit us?*

Julian then looked at Chris, who immediately let go of his wrist, as if it had been burnt, while blushing.

Julian couldn’t help but smile as he said, "Of course, but it will be outside school hours, then, and we will practice first in deserted places before going to test the new spells you will be able to cast thanks to the talismans in the dungeons."

Chris, after feeling embarrassed by his behavior, was now super excited, so he told Julian that, as he was in the last year of his apprenticeship, he only had lessons in the mornings and had all his afternoons free to train as he wished, "You will just have to call me when you are free, and I will join you straight away."

Julian just nodded, and they continued talking together about the use of the talismans until they reached the room where the dungeon boss was waiting for them with a whole horde of orcs to protect him.

Iris and Helena immediately killed the strongest of them, and Julian took care of the dungeon boss himself, burning him with 3 fire talismans until all that was left of the dungeon boss was ashes. Once again, Iris and Helena found it hard to hide their amazement.

They had seen Mages use talismans during a battle before, but they usually used them as a supplement to make their spells more powerful, which was definitely not the case with Julian.

Julian used his talismans to cast spells directly from the particles they contained, and he had such mastery over these particles that the power of the spells he could use was far beyond what he should have been able to create if he had used his reserve of Soul Force to cast them.

Moreover, using talismans allowed him to cast a lot of high-level spells, which would have been impossible if he had been using only his own reserve.

Julian didn’t even reach the stage of being a Legendary Mage, because as he didn’t like to fight, he didn’t level up as quickly as he should have with his extraordinary capacity, but his true level was indeed that of a Legendary Mage.

Zak, who had been immediately interested in Julian’s skills after seeing his fight against Yelena and then his fight against all these orcs, waited until they left the dungeon once the last battle was over to talk to him.

He then joined Julian and Chris, who were talking together, and he asked them, "I’m sorry, but I have heard you talking earlier, and I would like to know if I could also join the both of you to learn to use talismans... I need to get stronger, as soon as possible."

Julian then smiled at him and told him, "Do not worry; you are going to be trained by the most powerful Mage of all our universe, so you will undoubtedly become very strong thanks to him. But I will contact you at the same time as Chris when I’m free to teach you, so you can join us when your training with the Warrior Spirits is over."

Julian then let Chris and Zak talk together, and he joined Iris to ask her, "Did you find one that could suit us?"

Iris then nodded and told him, "I found one for Yelena to be able to use her power, but Miguel is sending us Caleb and Kelan to help us watch over the kids... Zak is very important for a person we know, as important as Yelena is for me and as Chris seems to be for you..."

Julian immediately cut her off and said, "It’s not like that; Chris is only one of my students. I care about him as much as I care about Yelena..." But it was Iris’s turn to cut him off by saying, "Bullshit, and you know it... But if you prefer to hide your feelings behind a teacher-student relationship, it’s your problem!"

Julian was speechless for a moment, but Caleb and Kelan’s arrival saved him from having to face his feelings, which were quite a mess at that moment.

So he focused once more on his mission, hoping that he would find a way to help Yelena. Miguel warned Caleb and Kelan of what they were up to, so Iris just told the rest of their group, "I found an interesting dungeon for you to be able to train in, but as it is much stronger than the last one, I asked Caleb and Kelan to join us for safety reasons... Let’s go!"

Kelan then contacted Julian via the communication stone and asked him, "Are you confident that you will be able to help her? Otherwise, the consequences could be disastrous, but I’m sure you are fully aware of that, right?"

Julian then answered him using the same means of communication, "It’s exactly because I’m aware of the danger Yelena represents for everyone that I have to find a way to help her." 𝒻𝘳ℯℯ𝑤ℯ𝒷𝘯ℴ𝓋ℯ𝘭.𝑐ℴ𝑚

He then told him, "I’m not confident that I can help her, but Yelena is like a ticking time bomb ready to explode, and it’s better to make it explode now when Miguel and Elias are available than during a battle when they would be busy elsewhere."

Kelan then nodded slightly and said, "I agree with you, but don’t take unnecessary risks when the time comes."

Julian then nodded in turn, and they all entered the next dungeon.

Once inside, Iris was right; this was the perfect dungeon as it was full of summoning creatures, and generally, the last room of this type of dungeon was really hard to deal with.

For Yelena, Chris, and Zak, this dungeon was truly exciting; they could fight again and again against those summoning creatures, allowing them to earn a lot of experience points, and even Julian and Kelan had to join them because the Warrior Spirits wanted them to gain a lot of experience points as well.

Caleb was the one in charge now that he was here, and that was why he hadn’t given Julian and Kelan a choice to go fight.
