Chapter 522: *The sentence had fallen*
Diana then waved her hand and told him, "Anyway, our daughter still cares for us; otherwise she wouldn’t have warned me. She said that Lilith was much more powerful than we thought and that it was better to be on her side than against her. She also said that Lilith didn’t care about our world and that her ultimate goal was to enslave all living creatures in our Universe, including the Titans..."
Chaos was furious; he felt betrayed by Lilith. They had always been on good terms, and except for his wife, she was the only God he could stand.
He had given her lands and mines in their world, and in exchange, she had shared some of her knowledge about the black particles. She even formed a few promising Mages who had all become very powerful thanks to her... So why would she want to enslave the Titans?
Diana, seeing him furious, then chose to show him something that would please him, "Cassandra shared one of her visions with me, and the cannon that we planned to craft will never be created. In its place, I saw a weapon much more powerful; let me show you!"
She made a large sheet of paper appear and then sent her Divine energy to it. She just had to think of the vision that Cassandra had shown her for the scepter to be drawn on it with golden ink.
Once done, she had a satisfying smile on her face, and then she showed it to Chaos, who didn’t seem impressed at all by this weapon. He then asked her, wondering why his wife was so excited by this weapon, "What kind of weapon is this? And how could a weapon like this help us win the war against the Warrior Spirits?"
Diana smiled then and showed him the runic symbols on the pentagram, telling him, "Do you see these symbols?"
Chaos just nodded, and Diana then told him, "Thanks to them, I will be able to draw energy directly from the Cradle of Magic itself, an unlimited source of energy, my dear husband. Do you understand now why we need to change our plan?"
Chaos then smirked after hearing this and told his wife, finally getting the importance of this weapon, "Well, at least that explains why you are so excited... I agree to change our plans, but my dear wife, as you are the former Goddess of Strategy and the only God who possesses the knowledge of the very first God, find me a way to get rid of Lilith as well. I have no intention of sharing anything with someone who is trying to stab us in the back. After all, not even our daughter knows about your true power, so it should be easy for you to kill her, as she won’t be on guard, right?"
A creepy smile then appeared on Diana’s face as she said to Chaos, "You’re right; let’s kill two birds with one stone. No one will be able to stand against us after this war."

At the same time, in the Royal Palace of the human territory, while Liam was helping Garry finalize the move of the Sun Sect to their new location, which happened to be very close to the Royal Palace, Dilan himself, thanks to his new authority and the soldiers under his command, had invaded the capital’s academy and ordered its evacuation.
Kevin’s orders were simple: all the leaders, teachers, and those who held any position within the academy and who had preferred to follow orders and not participate in the battle at the Royal Palace were banished from the capital on the spot.
The funds of the academy were also confiscated, and Garry could use them as he wished as long as it was in the interest of the students.
As for the students, those who came from families that had supported the former King or who had entered the academy through their connections would have to leave the academy and find another sect.
Dilan, before escorting the former leaders of the capital’s academy out of the city, told them this, "Don’t forget that our King was magnanimous with you; he even authorizes you to establish a new sect. Once you have learned your lesson, I’m sure he will authorize you to loot purple dungeons again."
The sentence had fallen, and even though they were not put in jail for treason, they were still exiled. The former leaders of the capital’s academy couldn’t help but clench their fists, but they didn’t dare to rebel.
Dilan and his soldiers were known as the strongest ones, and he came with two men they didn’t know, but their auras were terrifying and gave them goosebumps.
The headmaster of the capital’s academy then accepted this sentence and bowed his head to show that they appreciated the mercy of their new King.
Dilan then escorted them outside the city, and after warning the city guards that they were all exiled from now on, he left them there because soon he would have to deal with the powerful families of the capital that would come to knock on the door of the Royal Palace, thinking that they owned the place, and they would fight for their right to have their kids stay at the capital’s academy.
