Chapter 512: *His mastery of the elements*
Before using his Stage 3, Kevin first checked his mastery of the elements to see what level all his elements were.

Kevin sighed; there was still a long way to go before he could become a true Priest. The difference between the levels was getting wider and wider, and he needed such a huge amount of particles now to level up his elements.
Axel then put a hand on his shoulder and asked him, "What is it? Why are you feeling helpless all of a sudden?"
Kevin shook his head, telling him that everything was fine, and he chose to share his results with everyone before asking them for their opinions, as he was hesitating, "Should I use my Stage 3 to continue to absorb the particles of the spiritual energy, or do I combine the effects of the energy sharing I have with Axel with my Stage 3 to absorb as many golden particles as possible?"
Everyone then turned to Colin as he was the one in charge of their training, but Axel still gave his opinion, "I think Kev should take this opportunity to absorb as many golden particles as possible. After all, it takes a lot more to change levels... And there’s always time; Kev will become a Priest quickly; there is no doubt about it."
Mykael then said to Colin, "I agree with Axel’s reasoning, but it’s up to you; after all, we don’t know how long it will take Kevin to become a Priest. The number of particles it takes to level up seems to increase exponentially."
Colin nodded and finally said to Kevin, "You can follow your husband’s advice. As he said, we still have time for you to become a Priest. And your speed to absorb the particles of the elements is much higher than what we anticipated with Miguel, so I agree... You can use your Stage 3 to increase your level of the Angelic divine element."
Kevin smile widened because it was also what he wanted to do, and Axel didn’t waste time as he immediately felt his mark on the base of his neck burning him.
The golden tattoos on Axel’s body had begun to glow once again, and Kevin knew it was because he had activated their energy sharing to its fullest capacity.
He could feel it; the energy Axel was sharing with him was far superior to the energy he had shared with him the last time they used their energy sharing.
Axel then said to him using their link to communicate, as he could feel the burn of his mark on his neck, "Babe, what are you waiting for? I don’t want to hurt you... You have to activate your Stage 3, now!"
Kevin had been a little surprised that, even with his Stage 2 activated, his mark could burn him, and that could only mean that Axel’s powers had truly become unimaginable and probably immeasurable.
But he came to his senses at once when he heard the concern in Axel’s voice, and he just winked at him before activating his Stage 3.
He had no time to waste, and once his Stage 3 was activated, he immediately concentrated solely on absorbing the golden veil that covered absolutely everything.
Kevin immediately felt that something was wrong because the golden particles, instead of being absorbed only by his Soul Force reserve, penetrated every cell of his body.
He then saw the shocked looks of Mykael, Colin, Nolan, and Ashton, and he also saw the satisfied smile of Axel... When he looked down at his body, curious to see what could cause such a reaction from everyone, he realized that his shirt had disintegrated and that golden tattoos had appeared all over his body and not only on his face, as usual.
Axel then explained to everyone, "Don’t worry; Kevin is safe. Those runic symbols on his skin are only a consequence of the mixing of our respective powers due to our energy sharing. They will disappear as soon as his Stage 3 is deactivated, and in the meantime, the golden particles are not only filling his Soul Force reserve so that he can level up the Angelic divine element; they are also fortifying his body so that he can resist the spells of the Evil divine element."
Mykael then asked Axel, "Are you not scared that the golden particles will damage his body instead of helping him to strengthen it?"
But Kevin then told him, "Do not worry, Dad, and don’t forget that Axel and I are using our energy sharing. This means I don’t have only my regeneration capacity but also Axel’s to protect me; nothing bad will happen."
Kevin then closed his eyes and opened his arms; he wanted to absorb the maximum of golden particles, so he concentrated all his mind on this task.
When he turned back into his Stage 2, he immediately opened his mastery of the elements and told everyone, "I have leveled up to level 3, but to reach level 4, I will need more time..."
His Angelic divine element was at 348,990/1,000,000... He needed 1,000,000 golden particles just to reach level 4; it was crazy.
Mykael then said to everyone after Kevin told them his result, "Ashton, you stay here and work hard to try to get your affinity with all the basic elements. Axel and Nolan, you follow me, and as for Kev..."
He then opened a golden portal and told him, "Caleb is waiting for you on the other side. Work hard, son, because we won’t be able to loot purple dungeons in a while because of our mission."
Kevin nodded, hugged Axel tenderly one last time, rubbed his nose against Axel’s before kissing him, and then he waved to everyone and finally crossed the golden portal.
