Chapter 486: *Studying the runic symbols*

He pressed his lips against hers, and immediately he felt his blood boil in his veins. He had waited so long for this moment that he felt a little feverish.

He kissed her again and again, wanting to prolong this moment as long as possible, and suddenly he felt Sora’s hands in his hair, and she started to respond with ardor to his kiss.

Solomon, having received the signal he needed, positioned himself on top of her and pressed his body against hers to show her how much he wanted her while continuing to kiss her fiercely.

However, Sora stopped responding to his kisses right away when she felt Solomon’s erection against her lower belly.

Solomon, feeling her tense up, also stopped because kissing her was already more than what he had expected. And when he looked into her eyes, he could see that his own eyes had turned incandescent red, which shocked him despite himself.

His eyes normally only changed color when he activated his demonic aura, so he checked just to be sure that he hadn’t activated it by accident. But as it wasn’t that, it could only be his desire for Sora that was the cause of this change.

He immediately closed his eyes, as he didn’t want to scare her, and said, putting his head next to hers, "Sora, I’m sorry, darling. I got carried away. We can stop here if you want."

Sora had also been surprised by the change in Solomon’s eye color, but at least now she was certain of his feelings for her. Her uncle had always told her that the eyes were a good element to judge an opponent, and their change of color was either due to some power they had just activated or it was due to too much emotion. 𝒇𝓻𝓮𝓮𝙬𝙚𝒃𝒏𝓸𝙫𝒆𝙡.𝓬𝓸𝒎

She then said to him, stroking his hair, "Solomon, I’m sorry too. I really think we should wait until I have recovered all my powers... I still feel exhausted, and..."

She then added to lighten the mood, "I’m not really sure I can meet your ardor right now."

She then heard Solomon grunt in frustration, but he tenderly kissed her neck and rolled over to lie on his back next to her, positioning his forearm in front of his eyes to prevent her from seeing them.

Sora then bit her lip and said to him, "Don’t hide them from me; your eyes don’t scare me. On the contrary, they reflect your feelings for me... I really hadn’t expected you to be able to develop this kind of feeling for me, but at least I know for sure now."

Solomon chuckled and said to her, "If you knew how I felt about you, Sora, you might be scared."

He then felt Sora’s gentle hand remove his forearm from his eyes, but it was too soon; he hadn’t yet calmed down, and his eyes were probably still glowing. He really did not want her to see him like this; why had his desire for her created such a reaction in him?

But before he could turn his head away, Sora grabbed his chin, and with much more firmness than he had thought she was capable of, she turned his head towards her and said again, "Don’t hide from me."

Solomon didn’t resist anymore, and he began to kiss her passionately again. Even if Sora had asked him to wait to go further, she did not seem against this kind of intimacy, so he took full advantage of it.

Finally, when he calmed down and his eyes regained their usual color, he proposed to her to go eat and visit the palace, but Sora was already yawning and said to him with some regrets, "Not tonight, sorry. I’m going to take advantage of the night to meditate and regain my strength... If you have things to do, you can go; I will not move from here."

She added, taking the initiative this time to kiss him, "Come back to me when you’re done."

Solomon nodded and told her, "I will wait until you enter meditation to go, and I will be back before you wake up, darling."

Sora smiled at him and made herself comfortable in the bed before going into meditation. The fact that Lena had stayed with her for so long had been very beneficial to her, and the air around her was still saturated with particles of light that would help her heal faster.

She was really looking forward to being able to return to her true appearance and to be able to use her powers freely. Tomorrow, she would go find Kevin and ask him to fight by his side.

After all, Solomon had told her that it was the Warrior Spirits who decided who would go to war with them, and from what she had seen, Kevin was far from an ordinary Warrior Spirit. In the memories he had shown her, she had seen his true power.

In the plane of existence reserved for the Gods, in the palace of the God of War, Glen and other Warrior Spirits were studying the runic symbols that appeared on Axel when he used his two bloodlines.

Elias and Miguel had made this their top priority, but for the moment, they had not yet found anything about this mysterious force that had tried to take over his body.

Glen, thanks to one of his gadgets, had managed to extract from Mykael’s memory images of Axel in his human form and in his wolf form when these runic symbols appeared.

And so, in the middle of the table where they were working, there were two holograms of him, and every detail was studied to try to understand the meaning of these symbols.

They had managed to determine with certainty that these symbols meant that Axel had succeeded in removing the divine laws that prevented Werewolves and Shapeshifters from becoming divine creatures, and that from now on, if they had the ability to do so, they would be able to continue their evolution without exception.
