Chapter 27: Chapter 27 — A New Beginning
"I’m going to enjoy devouring you whole, my beloved lord," she hissed, her scarlet eyes shining with a dangerous mixture of voracious lust and sick obsession.
Those words shot a violent shiver down my spine. I didn’t know if I was about to experience the most glorious session of sex in my entire existence or be literally consumed by that gothic giantess. Probably a perfect and chaotic combination of both possibilities.
I tried to respond with a defiant smile, but before I could articulate any clever retort, Chimera extended her long arms toward my waist. Her enormous hands, now even larger due to the transformation, lifted me with terrifying ease as if I weighed nothing more than a stuffed doll. My feet dangled in the void as she brought me to the height of her face, her sharp-fanged mouth curving into a predator’s smile.
"It’s amazing how light you are..." she whispered, and her hot breath caressed my skin before she started climbing the stone stairs with me in her arms as if I were a newlywed bride.
"Wh-what about the basement door? Are you just going to leave it open?" I asked, trying to maintain a shred of composure while feeling her firm breasts pressing against my side.
"Dorko-hym or Domack-ham can close it later. Besides, I’m not worried about those two. They’re too scared of my presence to peek in here."
I opened my mouth to protest, but Chimera left me breathless. Her mouth lunged at mine in a deep, dominant kiss that stole the air from my lungs, her sharp teeth grazing my lips with the precision of a master predator. Her long tongue invaded my oral cavity, exploring every corner with a possessiveness that made the world spin around me. The temperature in the hallway seemed to rise several degrees in a matter of seconds.
Without even realizing it, we reached the main bedroom she had claimed as her own. The space was a reflection of her new personality: dark silk curtains, heavy furniture in black woods, and an enormous king-sized bed that dominated the center of the room like a gothic altar.
Chimera laid me down on the mattress with surprising delicacy, but her predatory gaze never abandoned my eyes. Her towering 2.40-meter silhouette completely blocked the candlelight, plunging me into her shadow. She crawled onto the bed, positioning herself over me like a panther cornering its prey, and pinned me against the headboard with both hands on my shoulders, pressing me firmly against the wood.
"I’ve wanted to do this since the very moment you changed my body," she confessed, running her warm tongue across her full lips. "But I had to wait. That ritual was damn exhausting."
The silk of her black dress brushed against my bare skin as she leaned over me. Her pale neck was at the perfect distance for me to admire the delicate stitches that ran across her flesh, now looking like masterpieces of a macabre artist instead of crude sutures.
"You don’t have to wait any longer," I replied, challenging her with my gaze as I brought my hands to her waist. "Show me what you’ve got, giantess."
A guttural laugh rumbled in her chest before she lunged at me.
The following hours became a tangled blur of skin, sweat, and muffled moans. Every time I tried to take control of the situation, Chimera’s overwhelming strength pushed me back down onto the mattress, reminding me with a sadistic grin that tonight she was the one in charge. Her G-cups, now even larger, enveloped my face on multiple occasions as she rode me with a wild rhythm that made the bedposts creak with every thrust. Her sharp teeth marked my skin with red trails that never quite broke the surface, like the caress of a blade wielded with inhuman precision.
The night stretched on in a seemingly endless cycle of climaxes and recoveries. Somewhere around the third or fourth round, I completely lost track. All I knew was that, when my body finally collapsed from exhaustion, the first rays of the morning sun were beginning to filter through the gaps in the dark curtains.
Chimera curled up at my side, her enormous body fitting against my torso with the docility of a kitten, a stark contrast to the voracious beast she had been hours before. Her jet-black hair with white streaks spilled across the pillow as she let out a satisfied sigh.
"That was... spectacular, my lord," she murmured, her voice thick with sleep. "We should do this every night."
I let out a weak laugh, completely drained of energy. If this kept up, I was going to have to use the gacha system’s hidden options to upgrade my physical stamina, or else I’d end up dying in the attempt.
---
We woke up a few hours later to a very particular scene. The bedroom door was wide open, and Samira was leaning against the doorframe with her arms crossed, a mixture of annoyance and amusement painted on her face.
"Finished already?" she asked, arching a purple eyebrow with irony. "Because breakfast has been ready for half an hour, and Lia is asking why her ’papa’ is so tired this morning."
Guilt struck me like a bucket of cold water. I had completely forgotten about the little one. I jumped out of bed and scrambled to get dressed, while Chimera did the same with annoying calm, as if the situation was nothing out of the ordinary.
We arrived at the dining room a few minutes later, where Dorko and Domack were already seated at the table, along with Runi floating merrily beside them. Lia was at the head of the table, dressed in a beautiful pale blue dress that Samira must have helped her put on. Her little face lit up when she saw me enter, and she ran toward me to throw her arms around my legs.
"Papa! You woke up super late! Were you fighting monsters in your dreams?" she asked innocently, looking up at me with her big bright eyes.
"Something like that, little one. Something like that," I replied, clearing my throat while ignoring Samira’s penetrating gaze and Dorko’s knowing snicker.
Domack gave him a subtle nudge with his elbow, cutting off any additional commentary.
Breakfast passed calmly after that. Samira had prepared a magnificent feast: fresh bread, forest fruit preserves, smoked venison, and a steaming herbal infusion that helped me regain my vitality. As we ate, I took the opportunity to communicate my plans to the group.
"I’ve been thinking a lot," I began, setting my cup of tea aside. "We need to balance our skills. We have two top-tier tanks, two powerful close-range warriors, and one elemental spirit. But we’re lacking a long-range offensive mage and a specialized healer."
"Are you thinking of using the gacha, Master?" Domack asked with interest.
"That’s right. I have enough crystals for a new summon. But first I want to do some testing to evaluate the individual abilities of everyone present. I already know exactly what Samira is capable of, but the rest of you... I want to see you in action."
Dorko’s face lit up with enthusiasm.
"That means we’re going to have sparring matches!" he exclaimed, pounding the table. "Finally! I’ve been wanting to show you what I’ve learned, Master!"
"Control yourself, young one," Domack reprimanded him, though his tone was more amused than severe. "An outburst of excitement in the middle of the dining room isn’t worthy of a warrior."
"Leave him be, Domack-ham," I intervened with a smile. "Enthusiasm is always welcome. But yes, first I want to do the tests, and then we’ll see about the summoning."
---
After clearing the table and leaving everything in order, we headed out to the forest clearing where Dorko and Domack usually trained. It was a wide, circular space, free of trees, which the two orcs had cleared over days of intense training. The ground was compacted by countless footprints and impacts, and deep marks in the terrain testified to the brutality of their previous sparring sessions.
Lia seated herself on a large rock at the edge of the clearing, with Runi floating beside her to keep her company. Samira placed herself at my side, while Chimera leaned against a tree a few steps away, her scarlet eyes following my every movement with curiosity.
"Alright," I announced, clapping my hands together. "We’ll start with the basics. Dorko, I want you to show me your current level."
The young orc stepped forward with overflowing enthusiasm. He raised his heavy club over his shoulder and stood in the center of the clearing.
"What should I do, Master? Smash the ground? Uproot a tree? I can do both!"
"Nothing so flashy," I responded with a smile. "I want you to fight against me. A controlled sparring match. No lethal blows, but don’t hold back either."
Dorko blinked, bewildered by the request, but his expression soon changed to one of dark determination. He nodded, tightening his grip on his club.
"Alright, Master. But don’t blame me if you take a bump."
We faced off at opposite ends of the clearing. Samira raised a hand and, with a simple motion, traced a violet line in the air that divided the space. The signal for the start.
