Chapter 181: 181. Behind the veil

the moment his divine sense touched the veil, it dispersed. Aion was surprised but then his expression turned serious and he operated his divine sense once again.

This time, he didn’t use the divine sense of the king realm from which he condensed his crown. He used his true divine sense of his soul level. The surrounding area around him became silent and Aion perceived behind the veil very easily.

After the divine aura retracted, Jin took a deep breath and Nox looked at Aion deeply. After spending so many years together, he still didn’t know much about Jin and Aion. And this is the thing that bothered him too much.

He has developed feelings for Jin but he didn’t know anything about Jin’s past. Although Nox didn’t like it, he knows that Aion is the one who can peer at Jin if anything happened to him, not Nox himself.

Nox sighed and he decided to become strong once again.

After some time, Aion opened his eyes once again. The reason he quickly started to meditate was to calm the turbulent spiritual energy inside him which started boiling after activating his true divine sense.

After calming down, he stood up and looked at Jin and Nox. He spoke with a serious tone,

With Aion words, Jin and Nox nodded and after some time the trio decided to enter.

He spoke to Aion and Nox,

"Do you think that all the vitality of this place is trapped inside this cave?"

On the other hand, Nox responded,

"But what if, this is not the only cave in this secret realm and the source of the vitality are also trapped in this cave and many others like this."

Jin continued further,

"Then the strange creatures are planning something very big which may involve the entire Virelia."

Aion didn’t say anything.

After putting this matter aside, Jin looked at the scene in front of him. There is a huge amount of vitality trapped here and not just that, there is also the strange aura present in the vitality.

This environment was the same as Virelia. Jin also spotted the other heaven and earth treasures around him. But they all are useless to him since he already stepped in the lord realm but they are beneficial for the Soul Born and other lower cultivators.

Looking at the treasures all around him, Jin suddenly thought of something and asked,

"Why not create our own fort and then create this place as a secret base and this will lead us to have our own resources without any need for clashing with others.’

Hearing this, Aion laughed and spoke,

"Honey, you seem to forget something. How are you going to create a fort?

Nox from the side looked at Aion and spoke,

Nox and Aion held no objection and thus, Aion, Nox and Jin started wandering the place behind the veil and there were many treasures that Jin never saw in his life. Not just that, Jin also found a treasure that suited his devouring energy.

Jin looked at the stone in his hand. The stone was completely black with crack-like green patterns on it. Aion suggested this rock to fall in Jin’s hands because he can sense a certain resonance in the between the devouring law and this little stone.

After that, they ventured in the deeper regions and there was also a tree that suited Nox. There is nothing that can benefit Aion but there are many heaven and earth treasures that are helpful for healing the different fields of cultivators.

Aion picked all of them and decided to use them to recover in the future. He knew that he just awoke a person now he is at the king realm with a monstrous strength.

But the price he paid while escaping was too great and Aion didn’t want to tell this to Jin. He secretly took these treasures and hid them.
