Chapter 172: 172. Jealous

Seeing the expression on Jin’s face, Aion became silent because what comes next is not what he is ready to face.

And as he expected, a cold voice from Jin sounded in his ears,

"Aion, if you ever dare to touch me like this, you are gone forever. I’ll choose Nox over you."

Colour drained from Aion’s face. How could he tell Jin that just one night with him was enough to make anyone mad for Jin.

He lowered his head and spoke pitifully,

"Honey, I swear that this will never happen in the future. Just give me one last chance. I will always stay within my boundaries."

Seeing how Aion was begging, Jin felt that his actions were too much. At first, he was thinking of what to do but then he remembered the scene where his daddy was in-charge of the family.

Jin tried to do this and indeed he was right; these men were the same. They will only obey the wife if what they need is kept away from them.

He was also aware of his own limitations. He kept straight face on outside but he was smiling inwardly as he looked at Aion, except the fact that this will become his torture for future.

Just as Jin felt that Aion was punished enough, he heard something that made it impossible for him to keep a straight face.

"Honey, you liked what happened last night. Am I right?"

Aion asked quietly and Jin’s ears and cheeks turned red just by remembering that sight of himself. He never knew that he would like it this much. He coughed slightly and left the bed.

The first thing that greeted him was his bare upper body which is now covered with red and purple flowers like marks. Seeing them, Jin was stunned and then he blushed slightly.

He stole a glance at Aion and waved his hands. A piece of cloth covered him. He took one last look at Aion and then left the room. Aion smirked when he looked at his departing lover and muttered,

"someone’s going to be jealous."

With that, he closed his eyes once again and continued to rest.

Jin left the room and appeared in front of Nox’ room and knocked.

A faint voice sounded,

"Come in."

Jin entered the room and he saw Nox cultivation silently. Jin came near him and looked at the black haired and tan skinned young man.

Since he already decided to accept him, he felt slightly awkward now.

Nox opened his eyes and looked at Jin but the next moment his expression changed.

As a spiritual beast, how could he not sense the scent of a beast on Jin that claimed the authority of a partner. Jin clenched his teeth and decided to work hard to catch up.

He looked at Jin and forcefully suppressed his emotions. He asked,

"Why have you come here?

You can go back and enjoy your fresh night."

Jin was stunned when he heard that but then he blushed slightly. He looked away from Nox immediately.

After an awkward moment, he replied,

"This is the reason that I escaped. It is too embarrassing to face Aion right now. And the second thing I remembered was you, so here I am."

Nox sighed inwardly. But he looked at Jin and spoke,

"That old fella is really cunning. He is forcing himself on you just because he didn’t open his eyes for more than three and half years."

Jin remained silent when he heard that. He couldn’t tell Nox that it was because of their personal time.

They remained silent for some time before Jin asked,

"Were you jealous?"

Nox narrowed his eyes and spoke,

"Or what do you expect from me? I still have to claim my payment but those strange creatures appeared and then this old fella awoke. My payment is left.

And you are giving that payment to someone else."

Hearing the bitter words from Nox’s mouth Jin lowered his head and after sometime, he spoke in a soft voice,

"But Aion has been living with me for more than ten years. And he understood me the best. He also solved my confusion last night.

And this is also the reason that I am here."

Nox was stunned when he heard that. He looked at Jin with slight panic because from what he knew about Jin after living for so long, Jin is most likely going to reject him.

But he heard Jin spoke,

"I’ll give you both time and chance but you need to give me time to adapt. It is not easy for me to accept you two. And according to Aion, there will be another third also but the chances are slim."

Nox couldn’t believe what he was hearing. He looked at Jin with wide eyes as he had nothing to say.

After comprehending what Jin said, he started laughing. He laughed like a fool and then tears started to appear in his eyes.

Jin saw this and he was stunned. Before he could say something, Nox hugged him.

Nox spoke in a soft tone in his ears,

"Thank you for accepting me.

You might think that there was no need for me to be so emotional but do you know that only my mother and father were my true relatives and they both met their tragic ends.

My mother loved me a lot but she can’t hug me. She was just a phantom who can’t even express her emotions completely.

My father whom I never saw sheltered me from my own clan by sacrificing. I only met his imprint and nothing else.

I didn’t feel the warmth of being in the embrace of my father."

Jin became silent after hearing this. After spending so much time with Nox, he forgot for a moment that Nox was just like him.

Jin silently hugged him back.

After what seemed eternity, Jin was the first one to part from the hugging and looked at Nox. He spoke gently,

"We will definitely take revenge from that so-called dragon clan of yours. But before that we need to become strong."

Nox nodded and he laughed slightly. He spoke,

"Let’s go and meet that old fella. He is the only one who can give guidance to us now. After all, he is a king realm expert now."

Jin nodded as he heard Nox and then he also adjusted his mood and left the room with Nox.

When he entered the room, he saw that Aion was sleeping. Jin was stunned when he saw that. He never expected that just at king realm Aion would become so arrogant and start living like a mortal.

But he thought about something and mocked,

"Oh my! Nox, look at him, just one night and he is already tired. He is really an old fella just like you said."

With that, the atmosphere around them shifted completely.

Jin and Nox changed their expressions.
