Chapter 794: Smiles, Joy, Hope
Bai Hanyun stared at Yi Bai thoughtfully while thinking, ’Yi Bai should have been guarding this courtyard ever since I returned to the Modern World. She must know who is getting married, but she doesn’t want to or can’t say it.’
She pondered for a few seconds before realizing that Yi Bai kept glancing at Feng Xiyan.
Turning around, Bai Hanyun narrowed her eyes at Feng Xiyan. Seeing him smiling at her innocently, she immediately became suspicious.
’That look on his face... He is hiding something from me. Could it be...’
With that thought in mind, Bai Hanyun turned to smile at Yi Bai and said, "I see. Then I will ask Uncle Huang later."
Noticing Yi Bai secretly let out a sigh of relief after hearing her words, Bai Hanyun already got the answer she wanted.
Glancing at Feng Xiyan, she chuckled softly. ’I guess I need to prepare a ring now.’
After making her decision, Bai Hanyun said, "Yi Bai, today is the Little New Year. Xiyan and I bought some gifts for you and your siblings."

"I bought forty thousand sets of New Year gifts today. You should bring them back and let Feng Yi distribute them among the brothers and sisters. If there are leftovers, you guys can decide how to divide them yourselves."
When Yi Bai heard this, the way she looked at Bai Hanyun became even more devoted.
Kneeling on the ground, Yi Bai sincerely said, "Yi Bai thanks Fairy Bai and Master on behalf of my brothers and sisters."
Pulling her up, Bai Hanyun said, "Stop kneeling. The ground is cold."
After saying that, she added, "I’m going to the barracks to visit the Feng Army. Feng Wu will stay here and help you sort out these New Year gifts."
Clasping her fists, Yi Bai replied, "This subordinate accepts the order."
Feng Wu also clasped his fists and said, "Yes, Fairy Bai."
After giving her instructions, Bai Hanyun pulled Feng Xiyan away and left the main courtyard.
Watching the two of them leave hand in hand, Yi Bai grinned and said, "Looks like Uncle Huang won’t have much time left to prepare for the wedding."
Standing beside her, Feng Wu curiously asked, "Who is getting married?"
Turning to look at her captain, Yi Bai sighed helplessly and asked, "Captain, this is the Great General’s Mansion. Whose marriage could make Uncle Huang create such a huge fuss and decorate the entire mansion in red?"
Hearing her question, Feng Wu’s eyes lit up. "You mean—!"
Yi Bai nodded before reaching out toward him and saying, "Captain, you still owe me five cups of boba milk tea."
Hearing this, Feng Wu looked away and awkwardly rubbed his bulging belly. "Ah, I’m so hungry. We should hurry up and deliver these gifts to the Commander, so he could divide them to our brothers and sisters."
Seeing him so blatantly change the topic, Yi Bai gritted her teeth and chased after Feng Wu. "Captain! Don’t try to change the topic! You must pay me back today!"
Ignoring Yi Bai, Feng Wu called out, "Brothers, Sisters, come out and help us!"
A few seconds later, more than fifty shadow guards appeared, including Er Bai, San Bai, and Si Bai.
Surrounding the gifts, the shadow guards began to pick their favorites.
"Captain! I want this one!"
