When you leave, I will see you off and hope you take good care of yourself." Zhang Zhentian said to Xia Jing reluctantly.
"Zhentian, thank you—thank you for your sacrifices for me again and again, thank you for tolerating my willfulness time and again, thank you for your love for me; I will remember it forever. If he still chooses not to recognize me, I will wait for you in the United States; you know, in the United States, my brother and sister are there. I can often visit their homes!" Xia Jing said to Zhang Zhentian.
Xia Jing didn’t explicitly specify why she would visit her brother and sister’s homes nor mention what she would do there, but Zhang Zhentian understood her meaning. After all, they had been married for over ten years and understood each other’s words somewhat.
