Days passed. Zara had to sing at a concert and act in a new movie. She didn’t check the pot again until one afternoon, when she saw something amazing.

The Day of the Vomit at Snack Company
Company!" he said. "Today, you’ll see how we make the best snacks in town!"
Everyone cheered.
First, they walked through the cookie room. The smell of chocolate chip cookies filled the air. "Mmm," said Ruby.
Next, they saw machines filling bags of cheesy chips. Liam tried one. "So cheesy!" he said with a big smile.
Then they came to the gummy bear room. Mr. Joe handed out tiny cups filled with gummy bears in every color.
Liam loved gummies, so he ate all of them—fast.
"Whoa," Ruby said. "You ate like twenty!"
"I feel fine," Liam said... but then his stomach made a funny noise.
Gurgle... squelch... blurp.
Uh-oh.
"Are you okay?" Ruby asked.
"I... I think I ate too many," Liam said.
Before he could say anything else, Liam threw up—right in front of the gummy bear machine!
"Ewwww!" said a few kids.
Mr. Joe ran over with paper towels. "It’s okay, it happens!" he said kindly.
Liam felt embarrassed. His cheeks turned red. "I didn’t mean to! I just love gummies so much..."
"It’s okay," Ruby said, pLiam was super excited. His class was going on a field trip to the Yum Yum Snack Company! It was a big factory that made chips, cookies, and gummy bears. Everyone in school loved their snacks.
"Maybe we’ll get free samples!" Liam said to his friend Ruby.
When they arrived, a friendly worker named Mr. Joe greeted them. He wore a white coat and a tall hat.
"Welcome to the Yum Yum Snackatting his back. "Even the best snack fan can get sick sometimes."
The workers cleaned it up quickly. Mr. Joe gave Liam a water bottle and told him to sit down and rest.
Later, the manager of the company came to visit the group.
"I heard someone got sick today," she said with a smile.
Liam raised his hand. "It was me. I’m sorry."
But the manager just laughed kindly. "No need to be sorry. In fact, you helped us!"
"I did?" Liam asked, surprised.
"Yes! Now we know not to give too many gummies during tours. You just helped us improve the company!"
Liam smiled. "I guess that makes me part of the Yum Yum Snack team!"
The manager gave him a special sticker that said: "Official Snack Helper."
. They did everything together. They played at recess, sat next to each other at lunch, and had sleepovers almost every weekend.
One day, Lina’s mom had exciting news.
"We’re going to Los Angeles next week!" she said. "And guess what? Diana can come too!"
"L.A.?!" the girls shouted. "Yay!"
They jumped up and down, so excited.
L.A. was a big city with beaches, fun parks, and famous places. The girls made a list of all the things they wanted to do:
1. Visit the beach
2. Go to the Hollywood Sign
3. Eat ice cream at a famous shop
4. Spot a celebrity!
The next week, the girls packed their bags, grabbed their sunglasses, and flew on an airplane for the first time.
"This is awesome!" Lina said as the plane took off.
When they arrived in L.A., the weather was warm and sunny. "Perfect for adventure!" Diana said.
Their first stop was Santa Monica Beach. They ran to the water, splashing and laughing. Lina found a shiny seashell. Diana built a sandcastle with four towers.
Then, they rode the big Ferris wheel on the Santa Monica Pier. From the top, they could see the ocean, the city, and even a dolphin jumping in the waves!
After lunch, they drove to the Hollywood Sign. The sign was high on a hill.
"Wow, it’s huge!" Lina said.
They took lots of photos, making funny faces and jumping in the air.
Later, they stopped at a famous ice cream shop in downtown L.A. The scoops were giant, and there were so many toppings!
"I’ll get strawberry Before the class left, everyone got a small snack bag—one cookie, five chips, and three gummy bears.
On the bus ride home, Liam said, "Next time, I’ll eat slowly."
Ruby laughed. "Good plan. But hey, at least you got a cool sticker!"

The next week, she opened something new in L.A.—"Zara’s Garden for Everyone". It was a big park where kids and families could come plant seeds, learn about nature, and grow their own flowers, fruits, and vegetables.
People from all over the city came to help. They planted trees, painted garden signs, and shared stories.One
And from that day on, whenever anyone talked about snacks at school, someone would say, "Remember Liam and the gummy bear disaster?"

That night, they watched the sunset from the top of a hill. The sky turned pink and orange. The city lights began to twinkle.
"This was the best day ever," Diana said.
As she walked, she saw something strange on the sidewalk. It was small, round, and shiny.
It was a seed.
Next to it was a little sign that said:
