Although Zhou Tian didn’t intend to take all Angels, even if the Angels were allowed to reproduce in his Abyss World, it was impossible for them to create a Race just by having a group of women. Firstly, if the number of Angels was too small, their ability to resist risks would be extremely weak. Secondly, while Zhou Tian didn’t mind expending some Energy on developing the Abyss World, he didn’t want to waste excessive time on this matter.
So, given the situation at the time, Zhou Tian planned to take a batch of Angels back to Abyss World.
Considering the number of Angels in the Mountain Cave at the time, not all of them agreed to develop the Abyss World. Even if all these Angels followed Zhou Tian back to Abyss now, the numbers were still insufficient for Zhou Tian to carry out subsequent Actions.

The reason is simple. Although many Angels wanted to oppose the Light God King, were they all so hate-crazed that they wouldn’t mind sacrificing their lives for revenge against the Light God King?
Clearly, that was impossible. Many Angels indeed hated the Light God King to the core. However, those willing to pay every Cost to deal with the Light God King were not actually that many.
