[Ding]

[Would the Host like to sign in for the month?]

Anthony ignored the last notification as he stared at the system interface, going through every change. Some things were still the same, but now the system displayed Authorities, Laws, and Titles.

He ignored Bloodlines, Physique, and Talent, as there was nothing new there. But the Class that had always displayed Anomaly was also gone, not that Anthony particularly cared about it.

’So Titles do grant some kind of boost within the Ecliptica Galaxy,’ Anthony thought to himself as he remained seated and calm. He wasn’t surprised that he had no Titles. He had only just arrived here, and he was certain that his Titles from the Acarnis Galaxy meant nothing in this place.

Besides, Anthony was certain that people didn’t choose their own Titles. If they did, then some people would simply give themselves absurd Titles and gain immense benefits.

’I’m guessing people have to give you a Title, or perhaps the Ecliptica Galaxy or the Realm itself bestows it,’ Anthony thought to himself.

He then shook his head. He was too weak at the moment to think about Titles. He was sure one had to be strong enough to perhaps bear a Title, or maybe possess a soul capable of carrying one. Anthony wasn’t certain; he was merely making an educated guess.

His eyes shifted to the Laws. Seeing it empty came as no surprise. Although he already had a general idea of what Laws were and how they could be used.

’I need to visit that Heavenly Library again, maybe later today. I need to find out more about this Realm. I don’t even know what it’s called. Then I need to read about Laws, Titles, Cultivation Ranks, and everything else,’ Anthony planned in his mind as he intended to leave as soon as he was done checking his system.

’And it seems Concepts don’t exist here,’ Anthony’s thoughts wandered. ’Perhaps they exist in other Upper Galaxies, and I wonder how different Concepts are from Laws, and which one possesses greater power.’ He shook his head as he decided to stop dwelling on it.

Unless he gained it through the system’s monthly Sign-in, he wouldn’t bother concerning himself with something that the Ecliptica Galaxy didn’t even possess.

His eyes shifted to his Cultivation Rank next. ’Foundation Starseed Rank... it seems Foundation is the sub-rank. I wonder how many major Ranks and sub-ranks there are,’ Anthony thought to himself.

Although the mere thought of cultivation was already tiring him out, as he had grown rather lazy. Ever since he reached the Apexus Mana Rank, there had been no need to cultivate anymore. One only needed to refine their skills and abilities, and that was all.

’Speaking of cultivation, what about my Nothingness Cultivation Manual? I hope the system managed to convert it because I don’t want to do that manually,’ Anthony thought to himself.

The Nothingness Cultivation Manual was the technique ??? had given him during his very first Sign-in a decade ago, and he had used it ever since. It was one of the main reasons his cultivation speed had always been so ridiculously fast.

[Ding]

[The Host need not worry. The Nothingness Cultivation Manual has already been tailored to fit the Origin Essence Energy]

The system chimed as it answered.

’Good,’ Anthony nodded to himself. Although he was certain Nathaniel would give him something extraordinary, nothing had ever surpassed a reward from ???.

Anthony scrolled through the list of his abilities and skills. Everything was still there. Not a single ability or skill had mysteriously vanished. His eyes shifted to his Space Affinity. With a single thought, Anthony attempted to teleport to the Heavenly Library, but space itself resisted him. He sighed, remembering how effortlessly he used to teleport to various locations whenever he wanted. Still, he wasn’t bothered. With his previous understanding of Space, he should be able to manipulate it once again after his control over Origin Essence Energy improved. The same applied to all the other elements as well.

Anthony’s eyes shifted toward a table sitting at the side of the room. He immediately decided to test the Authority Of Severance. There was no need to test the Authority Of Information, as that only functioned in accordance with his Rank.

With a single thought, Anthony activated the Authority Of Severance. The moment he did, the familiar Threads appeared before his eyes. He saw the ones connecting him to the Third Core Elder and the Sword Ruler. Since they were the only people who had interacted with him and involved themselves in his affairs, they were naturally the only ones connected to him by Threads. As for the other Code Elders, there was nothing connecting them to him. They hadn’t said a word to him at the time, just a glance, and they left.

Anthony’s eyes then landed on the Threads connecting him to the Asura, Rakshasa, Yaksha, and Garuda. His eyes flashed with killing intent. He wanted to kill them on the spot. After all, he wasn’t the type to forgive his enemies. However, he remembered that Nathaniel had seemingly spared those four for a reason. If the man had truly wanted them dead, then a mere blink would have been enough to erase them from existence.

Anthony decided to make them suffer a little instead, perhaps by severing their sight or their sixth sense. The moment he identified the appropriate Thread and attempted to pull it, Anthony felt... resistance.

Anthony wasn’t particularly surprised. He had expected some degree of resistance, but he hadn’t expected it to be this overwhelming. He couldn’t even sever any of their senses.

Anthony then gazed at the table and severed the Thread connecting it to existence. He felt no resistance whatsoever as the table instantly shattered into countless pieces. Anthony nodded to himself. The Authority Of Severance was functioning perfectly fine; he simply needed to improve his mastery over it once more.

For now, Anthony settled on making the three men and one woman bald for the rest of their lives. With that thought, he severed the Thread connected to their hair.

Anthony then severed the distance between himself and the Heavenly Library, and in less than the blink of an eye, he was already there. Anthony nodded with a smile. At least this application wasn’t restricted; he loved its function too dearly to let go. Using the Authority Of Severance once more, he severed the distance between himself and his room, instantly returning as though he had never left.
