"Shall we have that squad of Riftblades attack to slow them down?" Pei Yong asked Ye Liuyun.
Ye Liuyun immediately rejected the suggestion. "No. Instruct the Riftblades to keep their distance from flying vessel and retreat at full speed. A single squad is far too small. If there are too many martial practitioners on board, they could be captured. We can’t afford to give the Sanctuary Dynasty the chance to dissect a Riftblade."
"Yes!" Pei Yong responded, immediately relaying the command. The Riftblade squad relied on their superior speed to evade the flying vessel and returned ahead of schedule.
