Chapter 2317: Chapter 2317 Condensed Essence

Ye Liuyun immediately returned to the warship. He retreated into a quiet cabin and settled down in silence, his gaze fixed intently on the evolving landscape of the Spatial World.

The tremors that had shaken the Spatial World were gradually subsiding, though the upheaval was not yet entirely over.

Many of the original mountains had collapsed. At the junction between the two worlds, new mountain ranges were now being forced skyward by the pressure of their merging. In some areas, the ground had split open and formed deep, yawning chasms.

As the tremors began to ease, the feral beasts and the humans trapped among them slowly quieted down as well. They began salvaging what they could—rescuing companions and gathering their possessions.

But the fusion of two vast worlds was not something that could be completed in a single day. Tremors continued to ripple through the land from time to time.

"How long until everything stabilizes completely?" Ye Liuyun asked Ye Ling.

"A month, maybe," Ye Ling replied casually, clearly preoccupied with something else.

Ye Liuyun glanced over and noticed that she had somehow procured a small cauldron, which she was using to refine something. She was also drawing upon the Power of Origin from the Sirius Realm.

Seeing how absorbed she was in her work, Ye Liuyun didn’t disturb her. He assumed she was concocting something related to the merging of the two worlds.

"We’ll just have to wait. Sooner or later, the fusion will be complete." he muttered to himself. Though he was eager to witness the changes this new Spatial World would bring, there was nothing to do but wait patiently.

The Spatial World now housed an additional 300,000 people. While there had been casualties due to the violent quakes, the losses were relatively few.

From now on, these people would become the native inhabitants of this world. Their future lives and the influence they would exert on the Spatial World were now matters that fell under Ye Liuyun’s responsibility.

To calm their fear and uncertainty, Ye Liuyun personally manifested before them, proclaiming that this was a new world. The war was over, and they could once again live in peace and begin rebuilding.

His words were few, but they were enough to ease their panic.

This was his Spatial World. When he appeared, everyone could see him. When he spoke, his voice reached every corner.

As a result, the people had already begun to regard him with reverence, seeing him as the sovereign of this newly formed world.

As for Ye Liuyun’s ability to control the Spatial World, there had been no obvious changes yet. However, once the fusion process was fully complete, he expected that significant transformations would follow.

For now, the affairs of the Spatial World could be temporarily set aside. Ye Liuyun still had an important decision to make.

The warship remained motionless, awaiting his next command. 𝚏𝗿𝗲𝐞𝐰𝚎𝕓𝐧𝚘𝘃𝗲𝐥.𝐜𝚘𝕞

If they continued forward, they might soon encounter more of the Sanctuary Knight.

"Keep advancing!"

Ye Liuyun did not hesitate. He issued the command firmly to Hyan Mutong.

Both Hyan Mutong and Sui Fenghu carried within their Oceans of Consciousness a complete navigational map of this starry domain. Thus, they were familiar with the route. Without delay, they followed Ye Liuyun’s order and set course for the Sanctuary.

After studying the map in depth, Ye Liuyun had also identified more than ten key islands where the fleet would pause along the way.

These islands were all vast and abundant in the Power of Origin. Ye Liuyun intended to form an alliance with each of them before reaching the Sanctuary.

If an alliance could not be formed, then he would simply conquer them. Either way, he would not allow the Sanctuary Knights to claim their resources.

On the other side, the Supreme Commander of the Sanctuary Knights, Ironveil, wasted no time upon learning that two hundred thousand of his troops had been annihilated in the Sirius Realm. He immediately mobilized three more legions, each ten thousand strong, and ordered them to converge and march toward the Sirius Realm—with the sole objective of wiping it out completely.

He also dispatched three martial practitioners of the Omnipotent Level, equipping them with specially crafted flying vessels. Their mission was singular and absolute: to erase the Sirius Realm from existence.

Back aboard the ship, Ye Liuyun was racing against time to raise his cultivation. His goal was to reach the mid-tier of the Ninth Level before arriving at the Sanctuary.

Currently, he was only at the late Eighth Level. Advancing within six months would be no small feat.

Several days later, a sudden cheer burst from Ye Ling. "I did it!" she shouted gleefully.

From the small cauldron before her, she carefully extracted a shimmering green pellet and sealed it in a tiny vial.

Clutching the bottle, she skipped excitedly toward the Xuankong Stone in search of Ye Liuyun.

"What have you made now?"

The Songstress and Orchid asked as they heard her cheerful cry.

"I refined an elixir for Ye Liuyun!" Ye Ling beamed as she ran past.

"Tsk! You don’t even know how to refine elixirs!" Orchid scoffed, unconvinced.

Ye Ling had never formally studied alchemy, so no one believed she could possibly refine a real elixir. What’s more, while she was tinkering with that tiny cauldron, no one had seen her use any flames at all.

"You’ll see soon enough!" Ye Ling called back with a grin before darting off and disappearing from sight.

Lan Xin and the other women, who were busy organizing supplies, merely chuckled to themselves. These youngsters always managed to bring them unexpected joy.

Still, none of them truly believed that Ye Ling had actually crafted a pill.

When Ye Ling handed the pellet to Ye Liuyun, he was taken aback with surprise.

"You made this yourself? What ingredients did you use?" Ye Liuyun asked, still marveling at the warm energy radiating from the pellet.

"I used the tears of spiritual ginseng and a drop of Emerald Essence Liquid. Then, I refined it using the Power of Origin..." Ye Ling began explaining excitedly. Her explanation poured forth like a waterfall.

"Hurry up and take it! This will help you break through!" She urged, eyes sparkling with hope as she looked up at Ye Liuyun.

Ye Liuyun looked at her with a heart full of gratitude, touched by the hopeful gleam in her eyes.

Ye Liuyun gently brushed back a few messy strands of her hair and smiled. "Alright. I’ll take it now. But step back a little."

"Mm!" Ye Ling responded, then quickly stepped back, keeping her distance so as not to disturb Ye Liuyun’s breakthrough.

"When you break through, they’ll have no choice but to believe I can refine pills!" Ye Ling added, full of anticipation.

"Don’t worry. Once I’ve advanced, I’ll make sure to spread the word." Ye Liuyun laughed.

His earlier surprise had stemmed from the dense surge of energy emanating from the pellet.

Though he hadn’t initially believed she could refine a proper elixir, his Golden Phantom Eyes confirmed it. He could see that within the pellet lay a highly concentrated essence of spiritual energy.

To be precise, it was indeed a form of elixir. The method was unconventional.

Instead of using flame, Ye Ling had extracted essence from spiritual ginseng and Emerald Essence Liquid. She then condensed it using raw Power of Origin.

Ye Liuyun was deeply touched by her efforts. Yet, he also worried. The energy was so tightly packed, it might overload his meridians if not handled carefully.

So before consuming the elixir, he began channeling his advance energy throughout his meridians to fortify them. He also swallowed a healing elixir in advance to prepare for any damage the potent energy might cause.

His clone sat beside Ye Liuyun, hands pressed together with his. They were both ready to share the energy and break through together.

Only then did Ye Liuyun consume the elixir.

The moment it reached his stomach, it exploded with a surge of power—like a silent detonation of pure force erupting within him.

Ye Liuyun quickly directed the energy into his virtuoso core, guiding half of it into his clone’s body.

He knew that this was only the beginning. More energy would continue to surge forth.

A fierce wave of energy, like the tide of the sea, crashed into the advance energy within the virtuoso. It stirred the energy into a chaotic frenzy.
