"Will those coffins be able to stop them?" Ye Liuyun asked with a hint of worry in his voice.
He was worried about the safety of his base, fearing another ambush attack from the foreign races.
"They ought to be able to fend them off one last time! The coffins’ power might be dwindling, but our defensive Formation should be enough to hold against them!"
"Little Ye, what are you scheming?"
Zhao Hu asked as he turned to face Ye Liuyun. Similarly, Li Xianying gazed at him confused.
In the midst of observing the battlefield scene and plotting his assaults on the foreign races, Ye Liuyun was too preoccupied answer.
Even if the foreign races didn’t have enough soldiers for defence, there were bound to be experts within.
However, he now had the upper hand in terms of both manpower and machinery. Moreover, the Devil-sealing Stele and the Demon Vine were formidable tools against the foreign race. Combined with the Twin Strike, his clone’s death rays, he felt confident enough to take the risk.
Ye Liuyun decided to take a risk and plot a surprise attack on the foreign race’s fortress after considering the potential actions of the foreign race and timing his strike.
He immediately ordered Ye Tiandao to withdraw the Blade Legion from the battlefield to conserve their strength. At the same time, he had his clone summon the Beastman troops, using war chariots to help encircle and annihilate the foreign races.

Ye Liuyun grinned and nodded as he replied, "If there are experts, then we’ll have to rely on both of you!"
"What?" Li Xianying and Zhao Hu exchanged confused glances.
Even though both of them were elite experts, the foreign race probably had more than that. They couldn’t possibly withstand so many experts on the opponent’s side on their own.
"Uh... Little Ye, I rescind my previous statement. Let’s go through the plan again and figure out a different way to meet our end!" Zhao Hu stated awkwardly.
"Hahaha!" Ye Liuyun burst into a hearty laugh at Zhao Hu’s remark.
"Don’t worry! I have my considerations and will ensure your safety,"
Ye Liuyun sincerely reassured them.
"Shouldn’t you first consult with your master?" Li Xianying asked.
"When a general is out from the base, he has the control!" Ye Liuyun replied firmly. "If you two are worried about unforeseen circumstances, you can return to the base."
He knew that if he sought Li Yuanlang’s approval, Li Yuanlang would dissuade him from taking the risk.
On the battlefield, opportunities were scarce, but he was aware of his potential. In this instance, he had to make his own choices. Therefore, asking for other people’s opinions would be pointless.
He believed the odds were higher this time, even if there was no absolute certainty in a battle.
Uncertain of what to do, Li Xianying and Zhao Hu exchanged glances.
"Why don’t we let Little Ye try?" Ye Liuyun attacking the enemy’s fortress was something Zhao Hu was excited about. Even if they failed, it would still show the enemy their might.
"But what if we fail? What if something happens to him? How would explain to Yuanlang?" Li Xianying expressed his worries.
"But then again, does he seem like one who would obediently listen?" Zhao Hu shot back.
Li Xianying gave Ye Liuyun a quick look. Ye Liuyun was already instructing the Beastman to launch an assault and destroy the remaining foreign races before cleaning up the battlefield so the Dark Legions could withdraw and recuperate.
"How confident are you?" Li Xianying couldn’t help but ask.
"About sixty per cent!" Ye Liuyun replied without turning his head.
Li Xianying was shocked. "Only sixty per cent?"
Zhao Hu, however, defended Ye Liuyun. "Sixty per cent is rather high, isn’t it? Who can guarantee victory in every battle?"
"Exactly! I also think sixty per cent is considerably high!"
"Victory is never guaranteed in war," Ye Liuyun added. "Unexpected events can occur at any moment.
"On the battlefield, things are always changing. Adapting to changing conditions is the wisest course of action. We attack when opportunities arise and retreat when things look bad."
"If I notice that we’re outmatched, I’ll withdraw the troops immediately!"
With a disapproving glance, Li Xianying told Ye Liuyun, "I still need to inform your master," while Zhao Hu nodded in agreement alongside him.
"Feel free to. After all, I won’t change my mind!" Ye Liuyun replied politely.
Seeing Ye Liuyun’s firmness, Li Xianying felt somewhat conflicted.
"Just let him try," Zhao Hu murmured to Li Xianying. "At worse, we will cover him if he has to retreat. In the God Realm, there are many experts. it’s fine as long as he doesn’t get into trouble."
"None of us have a better grasp on the art of leading soldiers into combat than he does. Perhaps, nobody should meddle mindlessly."
"However, it’s not just about him! The others, including Ruan Haotian, are still waiting for him to come to their aid." Li Xianying paused before continuing.
"Can’t they defend themselves? Why must Little Ye be the one to save them? Did we not battle our way out every time the foreign races surrounded us? Who came to our rescue?"
"Shouldn’t they break through the attack themselves? Why must someone else save them? If you wish to save them, go ahead. I won’t lift a finger!"
In an instant, Zhao Hu’s temper flared up.
Seeing Zhao Hu’s anger, Li Xianying reluctantly put away the Sound Transmission Talisman in her hand.

Ye Liuyun then commanded his soldiers. "Instantly board the Black Gold Battleship and regain your strength. We will launch our attack on the foreign race’s fortress in a day!"
Ye Liuyun then summoned Tiger King, Yuan Hao and ordered them to charge the battleship and its equipment with Alora Crystal to get it prepared.
Once the soldiers were on board, Ye Liuyun ordered the battleship to head at full speed toward the foreign race base.
Built for interstellar flight, this spaceship could outrun the fastest battleship in the God Realm by sixteen times when unleashed to full speed.
Ye Liuyun chose to race to the foreign race base without considering the energy consumption to buy himself more time to act before the foreign race from outside returned to their base.
Ruan Haotian had sent spies to keep an eye on the centre route, but they had just learnt that the central army had already surrounded them.
They were already caught in a bloody conflict with the foreign race, and now trying to flee would probably result in their enemy pursuing them mercilessly.
