At this moment, Xiao Yunfang gasped in shock as she suddenly realised what Ye Liuyun wore was actually a priceless treasure.
Ye Liuyun nodded and asked Xuan Yuanling, "Does your Mystique Mart have any weapon-refining master? I would like to upgrade this armor."
Xuan Yuanling pondered for a moment before she shook her head. "Do you know the worth of this Gilded Armor?" For any weapon-refining master, this is a priceless treasure. If I hand it to a weapon-refining master, I can’t guarantee that they won’t embezzle parts of it."
After hearing her comment, Ye Liuyun’s admiration for this masterpiece increased. He knew it was remarkable, but not to the point where a weapon-refining master would violate their professional ethics by skimming it for themselves.
Xuan Yuanling continued, "Wait until you encounter a reputable weapon-refining master to think about the upgrade. The priority now is to keep it safe!"
Ye Liuyun heaved a sigh. He had more than just this one. He kept six more of these under Lei Ming’s guardian.

Soft whispers and discussions about them were getting heated.
The attendant, who approached to receive them asked gently, "Miss Xuan, how may I address your friends and announce their arrival?"
"Commander Ye Liuyun, and Deputy Commander Xiao Yunfang!" Xuan Yuanling introduced them to the staff.
"I see, so we have two commanders in attendance!" The staff then greeted Ye Liuyun and Xiao Yunfang immediately.
Ye Liuyun, having experienced a similar scene, simply nodded softly.
Xiao Yunfang, however, completely ignored the attendant.

Without daring to ask Ye Liuyun for the jade token as confirmation, the attendant led them inside.
Then he quickly walked in front of them to announced their arrival.
"Miss Xuan Yuanling of Mystique Mart, Commander Ye Liuyun, and Deputy Commander Xiao Yunfang have arrived!"
The Gruidae Tower has been reserved by Prince Liang for the whole night.
With that yell, everyone in the dining hall turned to look at them.
"Xuan Yuanling has arrived. Isn’t Xiao Yunfang one of the four beauties of Regalty? It’s rare to see her presence!"
Xuan Yuanling and Xiao Yunfang had drawn the gaze of almost all the men in the banquet.
"That noble looking gentleman, turns out he’s a Commander!" The ladies all had their eyes on Ye Liu Yun, captivated by his demeanor and charisma.
He Lianqiang was accompanying He Lianxiu, also walked over to greet them.
"Xuan Yuanling, you’re finally here!" Upon seeing Xuan Yuanling, He Lianxiu instantly brightened up and insisted on pulling Xuan Yuanling to sit with her.

The pair of siblings appeared to have long forgotten about Ye Liuyun, not realising the person before them was the same Ye Liuyun they met before.
Xuan Yuanling feigned ignorance and reintroduced them.
"This is the newly appointed Commander, Ye Liuyun, and also one of the martial arts contenders in your marriage competition tonight! You better get to know him!" Xuan Yuanling teased He Lianxiu with a chuckle.
He Lianxiu’s face blushed slightly pink as she stole a glance at Ye Liuyun.
"Then I’ll be lucky if he wins the competition tonight!"
She’d met many contenders tonight who were ready to compete in the marriage tournament. If they weren’t overly irritating by swooning over her, they were simply too unattractive for her to look at.
Only Ye Liuyun gave her the best impression at first sight.
Furthermore, Ye Liuyun did not swoon over her like the other men, which made her respect his confidence even more.
He merely greeted them with a plain hello without excessive enthusiasm.

Xiao Yunfang, on the other hand was rather reserved in the conversation. Most of the time, she merely listened.
