Ye Liuyun purposefully stated, not wanting them to rely too heavily on him.
"What? You..." Xiao Yunfang who fell for his words, was rendered speechless and showed an expression of disgust, as if blaming Ye Liuyun for failing to cherish such a useful creature.
Ye Liuyun, however, just snorted coldly, saying, "What’s wrong, huh? They’re the Demons I captured, I get to decide what to do with them! I won’t be looking out for you guys. Didn’t I make it clear before we set off? You’re all on your own, don’t expect any help from me."
"You useless b*stard, you damned b*stard..." Once Xiao Yunfang heard his words, she was already cursing Ye Liuyun in her mind.

It was at this moment that Quan Zhicheng noticed their pursuers. He drew his long sword and readied himself for a combat.
There were more than ten pursuers in the group. As for the both of them, they raised their weapons too, starting to fight.
Quan Zhicheng was battling two late-stage Second-Level martial practitioners, while Xiao Yunfang had to deal with three early to mid-stage Third-Level practitioners. As for the remaining ones, they were all held off by Ye Liuyun.
Observing that Xiao Yunfang and Quan Zhicheng were both deeply engrossed in their battles, Ye Liuyun secretly released his double which was wrapped in Concealcape. He then stabbed each opponent in the back to test the sixth-stage dagger he had just obtained.
The results showed that the dagger was very useful. Even if the stab wasn’t fatal, it would directly hurt the opponent’s Divine Soul, causing them to lose their lives.
"This is some good stuff!" Ye Liuyun’s double praised it silently in his heart before being put away to Ye Liuyun’s Spatial World.
With a casual wave, Ye Liuyun struck toward a mid-stage Third-Level martial practitioner, helping Xiao Yunfang break the siege. Afterward, he simply stood by and watched the show.

Although the strength of the attack was not strong, the sword’s Flame Force set him on fire directly.
Immediately after, Ye Liuyun released the Golden Crow to block others’ attacks, then made another slashing attempt at the leader of the group, ending him directly.

"Who’s helping you?" Xiao Yunfang also noticed that someone was helping Ye Liuyun, but she couldn’t see the doppelganger who was clad in Concealcape.
Ye Liuyun didn’t reply to her, he simply put away the martial practitioners he killed into his Spatial World and then turned around to leave.
"I suggest you two hurry up. There are still two groups of people following us, and they are even more numerous!"
"Hell no!" Quan Zhicheng, upon hearing this, also followed Ye Liuyun, keeping the corpses of those martial practitioners in his Interspatial Ring, and ran.
Out of helplessness, Xiao Yunfang had no choice but to comply and caught up with Ye Liuyun.
But before they had a chance to catch a breath, more than twenty martial practitioners in the second and third levels chased after them.
