"What?" The woman and Xiao Yunfang were both startled and stepped back in surprise.
The woman quickly explained, "You misunderstand, sir. I’m not a demon. I’m a martial practitioner trying to reach Sinless City and got separated from my family!"
Ye Liuyun smiled slightly and launched a Divine Soul attack with his clone.
Even though the woman appeared to be at a two-tier early stage, she was a four-tier mid-stage demon.

As dawn broke, the mist gradually dispersed.
The skeletons beside Ye Liuyun had turned into piles of scattered bones.
Ye Liuyun had the flower python lead the way, safely leading them out of the forest without encountering any danger.
Ye Liuyun stored the flower python away and released Qingfeng.
"We’re approaching the Sinless City. You know what to say, right?" Ye Liuyun confirmed with him.
"Yes, master!" Qingfeng replied respectfully.
Xiao Yunfang was taken aback.
"He subdued the alchemist too?"
"How do you do it? How do you make Yin-soul, demons, and alchemists obedient to you?" she asked Ye Liuyun through telepathy.
"Do you want to try it too? I can make you serve me obediently as well!" Ye Liuyun replied telepathically.
"You scoundrel!" Xiaoyunfang rolled her eyes at him, not pressing further when he didn’t respond.
There were guards at the gate of the Sinless City.
"A hundred Spirit Crystals each!" the guard demanded upon seeing Ye Liuyun and his group approaching, asking for entrance fees.
Ye Liuyun chuckled as he said to the guard, "This is Qingfeng. He’s a guest invited by your City Lord!"
The guard didn’t believe it and sneered, "A guest invited by the City lord wouldn’t come on their own."
Ye Liuyun glanced at the guards and found they were all holding swords. He told them, "He is the alchemist the City Lord ordered you to escort. There was an accident on the way, and he was intercepted. We brought him here as we were passing by.
"If you don’t believe me, you can report it. If I’m lying, we’ll pay double the entrance fee!"
Seeing Ye Liuyun speak convincingly and noticing his calm demeanor, the guard decided to report it.
Soon, several martial practitioners of the third and fourth tier rushed out from the city.
They became excited as they saw Qingfeng.

"No problem, we’ll cover it!" the fourth-tier martial practitioner immediately offered.
"Alright then, pay them one billion Spirit Crystals on my behalf!" Qingfeng demanded boldly.
Without hesitation, the fourth-tier martial practitioner handed an Interspatial Ring to Ye Liuyun. Ye Liuyun scanned it with his Divine Sense and found it contained the exact amount of crystals.
"It seems the people of Sinless City are truly wealthy!" Ye Liuyun thought to himself.
He clasped his hands in thanks and headed further into the city with Xiao Yunfang and the martial practitioner.
Meanwhile, the fourth-tier martial practitioner escorted Qingfeng to the City Lord’s residence.
Sinless City appeared to be a large city on the surface, but it was an expansive secret realm inside. The space within was enormous.
Their current location was merely a city at the entrance, allowing arriving martial practitioners to acclimate to the environment. Fighting was strictly prohibited here.
The City Lord’s residence was not inside the city but on a mountain outside the city, accessible only by a Conveyor Formation.
