I’m not entirely sure what’s going on, but it seems like my mom is an incredible person.

Now, I’m about to face off against the superhumans she's leading.

My older brother, Cain, has a rare skill called Extreme Intuition and he’s one of the strongest swordsmen in the human kingdom of Glendale.

My other brother, Leon, is nearly as strong as Cain. I’ve never heard of him having any special skills, but his insight and reflexes are so sharp that he can predict an opponent’s next move just by noticing the smallest changes.

Then there's my sister, Charles, who can use mind-reading. It’s not the kind that I wield by force using magic; hers is the genuine skill. I’ve heard she can hear the thoughts of multiple people at once, and she can even read the minds of elves who normally have resistance to such.

Dairon Alheim, the founding king of the Elf Kingdom of Alheim, is probably the strongest elf around. He might even be stronger than Tina, who's over level 250. He once stormed into the Demon Realm alone, so demons probably don’t stand a chance against him.

Sairon, who also came from Alheim, is another formidable ally. He’s got the spirit of Yggdrasil inside a body created by the Evil God. He’s sort of like the father of Sylph, the Wind Spirit King. Yggdrasil’s power is too much for his current body to handle. If he had a more suitable body, he’d probably be even stronger. Still, in Alheim, he’s right up there with Dairon and the current king, Sairos.

Then there’s the white-haired, muscular old man, who’s actually the ancient dragon, Soryuu, in human form. He’s the one responsible for the flow of mana in this world. Just knowing he’s an opponent is terrifying, right? Um, who exactly is supposed to fight him…?

As scary as the Soryuu is, the Dragon God is even worse. I mean, we’re talking about an actual deity. Why is a god even involved in a mortal’s battle? Mother, what are you thinking? You can’t just bring gods into this! Luckily, Kikyo, who raised the Dragon God, has offered to take him on, so that might work out.

My mom, Anna Vie Silveray, somehow gathered this crazy team. She’s never shown me even a hint of her power until today. But standing in front of us now, I can feel god-tier strength radiating from her. She easily destroyed the Dragon God’s portal to boot. Also, I had no idea, but apparently, my mom’s been alive for hundreds of years. So…she’s not a human?

"Oh, but I am human. Just a little stronger than most."

She casually read my mind.

"...Then are Cain and Charles’ abilities —”

"That’s right, they come from me," she replies.

Ah, I see, I see.That makes sense.

With all that power, is she a reincarnator or a transmigrator like me? Or maybe the reincarnation of some higher god? She’s definitely at a godlike level right now.

((I’m originally from the same world as you, Halt. I transmigrated here.))

Now she’s talking to my mind—something only deities or spirit kings should be able to do.

So she can also talk telepathically, huh.Well, this is totally insane.

At least now I understand why the Silveray family has so many people with black hair. My dad has beautiful silver hair, but none of us kids inherited it. I guess genes from another world are just that strong.

"By the way, are there only eight of you?" I ask.

"I wasn’t sure who you’d choose as your team, so I thought I’d decide on the spot."

Since she can summon people on the day of the tournament, and considering she brought a deity, I’m guessing her roster runs pretty deep.

"I see. So… there’s no way the last candidate is my father, right?"

"No, no, definitely not. He’s over there cheering us on."

Mom pointed to the audience where my dad was waving both hands excitedly. It’s less like he’s supporting us and more like he’s just thrilled to be noticed.

"Isn’t that girl over there the Wind Spirit King?"

She asked, looking at Sylph, who was standing behind me. Sylph is in human form and suppressing her power, but my mom can still tell who she is.

"Yes, you’re right."

"You had a lot to say about me bringing Dragon God-sama, but you’re not so different from me, Halt."

Hey, I didn’t actually say anything out loud.I was just thinking about it, alright?

"Well then, for our last member, let’s go with that guy."

My mom releases a huge amount of magic power.A massive magic circle spreads out across the sky.

"This mana… Anna, is that you? It's rare for you to summon me."

An intimidating man – a familiar face again – emerged from the magic circle.

"There is a favor I wanted to ask of you.”

"Hoh. A favor, you say?"

"I’d like you to help me fight my son."

"…What?"

My mom gestures toward us, making the man turn to face us.Our ninth opponent is—

"H-Halt-dono?"

It’s Mai and Mei’s father. The ruler of all the spirits in this world.

It’s no other than the Celestial Spirit King.

T/N: Lol Daddy Silveray cutely waving ~ That’s my wife! That’s my kid! They’re my kids!!!
