Chapter 46: "Heaven ranked poison..."
The merchant was lost and confused,but after one look at his peaceful sleeping wife. He sighed and took out a tiny common looking box from the spatial bracelet,and turned towards Leo.
"I hope young lord keeps his word..."
"My word is my life..."
Leo said,his palm still stretched.
The man retreived a scarlet red pill from the tiny box,stored away the box before painfully handing the pill to Leo.

The pill was quite small,and ematated a bloody scent.

Leo murmured as he wondered how many more blood essence regeneration pills were in the merchant’s tiny box and how many people had to die for all the pills to be made.
"Do you any more pills...?"
The man frowned at Leo,he had already made it clear that he was not going to part with any more pills.
"Not the blood essence regeneration pills,other types of pills..."
Leo’s clarification brought the man some relief.
"I have some tire one healing pills, rejuvenation pills and an antidote pill..."
The merchant said,his merchant side kicking in. Though his hand was forced earlier,he now had the upper hand.
"Name your price for a pill of each..."
The merchant pretended to think hard,but Leo could already tell that he had already decided on what to ask for.
"Remember the pills are not of value as comparable to this one..."
Leo reminded before the man could go on mentioning unrealistic demands.
"I understand young lord wants to establish himself here,and am grateful to serve in your court as the trade minister..."
The merchant said as he stood and bowed.
"As for the three pills,young lord can have them as a my families greetings gift..."
The merchant said as he retreived three vials from his spatial bracelet and handed a pill from each to Leo. From his choice of words, the man had already picked a position Leo’s court,and also by giving the three pills to Leo,he had made him own him a favour.
"This man is good..."
Leo thought as he accepted the so called greeting gift, hoping that when the time came for this man to cash in this favour,he would not ask for something unrealistic.
"Take care of your wife..."
Leo said as he left the man. Since his tent was occupied,he found an empty space and retreived the tiny tower, willing it to expand a floor in size. Though it was the size of a floor on the outside,the inside was still huge.
Leo walked through the bamboo double doors.
"Let’s see what these are..."
"Inspect..."
Leo casted inspect on the three pills. The merchant had made him realize how blessed he was as a possessor of two abilities. And with how practical these two abilities of his were,he feared that the whole world will hunt him down if they came to learn of them.
"I have to warn the rest..."
Though they were currently on their own,Leo did not think that it will always be like this. He knew that the more he developed his territory,the more contact he will make with the aboriginal of this world. And he would not wish for his demise in the hands of those who would greed upon their abilities.

Like the difference between class and profession,the categorization of the two ranks,and from the conversation with the merchant,he learnt that the man and the wife were previously cultivators. This implied that the rest of the system issued summons were,but somehow,the system interference changed everything.

Leo thought,but he did not know how wrong he was. Pills were not candies that could be taken whenever one wished. For every pill taken,one would be left with residue pill toxins circulating in their bodies. These toxins could naturally be gotten rid of with time,but the more they accumulated in the body,the harder it became to get lead off.
The built up toxins would end up affecting ones cultivation by clogging their meridians. Though there was a pill to swiftly clear the clogged up toxins,not everyone could afford it,and those that could, would have to scout every market and auction house for such a pill. And when they chanced upon it,they would be forced to cough up a huge amount as to purchase it.
