Chapter 11: "What your name boy...?"
Leo had opened his offence with a downward swing at the odd goat’s belly, that left a big slash on its left side. The downward swing was followed by an upward swing that slashed off the odd goat’s left front leg,while the third swing,a curved one made in retreat,had done little damage,but was enough to stop the odd goat in its track,buying Leo enough time for a quick retreat.
"Meeeh..."
The odd goat bleated as it lost stability and toppled over.
"Plunge....!"
Though he had retreated,Leo had expected the goat to fall,and so he had preserved the last of his strength for the final killing blow.
As the odd goat fell,Leo legs had sprang out. Like a frog,he hopped towards the odd goat,blade aimed for the eye.
System Alert: You have killed a level one uncommon rank goat.

"Uncommon ranked..."
Leo murmured as he collapsed from exhaustion.

"Damn...!"
Leo cursed as he struggled to not fall asleep.
"Food..."
He thought as he retrieved a roasted piece of meat from his inventory and gobbled it up.
System Alert: Your stamina have been replenished by ten percent.
Leo felt a little bit less tired.
"Too bad that there is a limit to how much my stomach can hold..."
Leo forced himself on his feet.
"Water..."
He felt thirsty,but the goat chase had not given him enough time to refill his two small water jars.
"This will have to do..."
Leo retrieved a small jar of goat milk from the inventory and dawned it.

Leo could not help but cry out. All it had taken him to level up from level zero to level one was a hundred experience points. Now it needed him to earn sixty-two thousand five hundred experience points for just one level.
"Am doomed..."
Though he felt dejected,he was relieved as the penalty was lifted.
He could feel his strength return.
"So light..."
Leo thought as he weighed the stone blade in his hand. With his new strength,the blade weight was barely noticeable.
"I need a better blade..."
Leo thought as he turned towards the carcasses piled together.
"Loot..."

Leo was still fascinated at how the looting skill worked.
He had watched as everything turn into a bloody mist that quickly scattered before everything appeared all around him. The lair that was once almost full with resources from the common ranked chest,was now packed full.
"All this meat..."
Leo shook his head as he moved towards the uncommon ranked chest,on top of it was a jade like token that had a blue hue on it.
"Inspect..."
He picked up the gem and casted inspect ability on it.

"Finally..."
Leo was excited,as now,he had a fellow human with whom he could talk to.
"Fingers crossed..."
Leo murmured as he broke the summoning jade. He hoped that however would be summoned would be someone likeable.

Leo read the system notifications as he watched a blue light circle appear in the lair,and a human walked from it.
"Is this a joke...?"
Leo’s question was directed at the system, which did not bother answering.
Out of the blue circle walked a boy,clad only in a pants and a t-shirt,all worn out and made from cotton. As for his age,he was three years younger than Leo.
"Inspect..."

Leo sighed as he deactivated his ability.

He inquired.
The boy gave him a dazed look.
"I don’t have one..."
"Where are you from...?"
Another confused look.
"I don’t know..."
"Where are your parents...?"
Leo was getting irritated,he watched as the boy looked around at the heaps of meat and held his stomach as he locked his dry lips.
"I don’t know..."
The boy absentmindedly said as his eyes were now fixed on the meat.
"What do you know...!"
Leo almost lost it.
His angry tone brought the boy to his senses. He had a scared and undecided look in his face.
"If you want to food,you must proof your worth..."
Leo informed the boy.
The boy looked around,and his eyes fell on Leo’s blade. He swallowed a gulp of saliva as he walked towards Leo,scared,and stretched out his hand for the blade.
"May I...?"
The boy asked.
Leo was a bit confused but he did hand the blade over.
"Heavy..."
The boy said as he struggled with the blades weight.
He scrutinized it,for seconds before closing his eyes for a minute.
"I need a stone this size,and two dry vines..."
